Rocket 13. I think I might have been to blame for tuesdays sudden increase. I was in COPL when someone wrote on their board that BOIL could be the next one to multi bag so in haste I cashed out £35k in COPL and put it all in BOIL which suddenly sent the price sky high. There was no leak. Now that I’ve had a chance at length to read about BOIL I’ve totally cashed out in last 2 days with a small loss but since made up a bit of it. It was mostly profit anyway from elsewhere. My personal opinion is BOIL is very much a long term play which in time will come good but I’ve gone chasing a quicker play but there was no leak on Tuesday

Seems strange having 2vprice extension on low volume. What happens if it gorsbeserk

I’ve been sharing messages on twitter with people in California and the feeling is the tribal Casino groups could throw a curve ball here and rush their own proposals through for November’s ballot. Won’t have long to see if the tribes do in fact do this but I think it’s far from dead

This share was about .4 prior to the placing announcement which drove the price down. It has never really recovered despite nothing prior to the placing changing. . Surely it has to drift back up to at least that level and the shares bought yesterday would tend to show confidence coming back .BOIL has the assets , investors saying news due in next 2 weeks. As people say this could be the next COPL

I believe the share price on the Canadian stock exchange finished well over. 5 on Friday and they struggled for shares. This has a lot more legs today

The tribal suit court case has been extended to 2nd July where they will ask the court to extend the deadline for signature gathering which they haven’t been able to do because of covid. They also want to protect their seven million dollar outlay on California sports betting. Perhaps if someone offers them seven million they might fall in line with senator Dodd,s proposals

If this ever goes to 1.5p, I will have enough to be mortgage free. Only share about just now with that potential

Suggest people look up sports writer Matthew Kredell on Twitter. He has been following the topic of California sports betting since 2010. He updated 23 hrs ago that the tribes case has now been adjourned to 2nd July at 1-30pm. Not sure what kind of hearing it is ex parte or otherwise . So it goes on and on

The tribes appear to have a lot of immunity at the way they run their gambling establishments and I’m sure I read that they could also put forward their own bill so it’s possible that the senators proposals and the tribes proposals are both put forward together in a referendum later in the year.
The tribes proposals would only raise a fraction of the taxes that the senators proposals would raise so the Californian people would prefer the senators bill.
Plus if the senator wins I think that will put the tribes within reach of the FBI which they don’t want.
A lot of things to sort out before a win win situation.

The tribal leaders are in the superior court in sacrament this morning seeking an adjournment to get more signatures due to covid. Doesn't look like they want to play ball just now and willing to leave it another year

Suggest everyone reads this article on the Legal Sports Report website and make their own mind up. They state the amendments to today’s bill were put to the tribes who described them as meaningless window dressing and were made without their consultation and are still against the bill. This bill could be stood down for another week as the deadline is next week while the tribes presumably hammer out more concessions The report was dated this Tuesday 16.6.20 . We need a two thirds majority tonight .going to be tight
