She was a major shareholder and was in the process of IMTK the company that Abal rose from and turned into a shell. Vert very positive and get on board as this mcap will be blown away in coming weeks

Just a theory at this stage but the board appointments and depressed sp along with a major shareholder leave me feeling this is going private and de-listing. Time will tell
