Of course it is 'over valued' - but it's no longer about 'value'. We spoke about a likely 'disconnect' just a few weeks ago here, between what FTC is 'worth' versus 'sentiment and momentum'. We are now firmly into the disconnected latter. It has nothing to do with the more traditional fundamentals anymore, as everything has gone out of the window.
So, how much higher 'could' it go? £10? £15? Yes, quite possibly, as it has hit those notes before - albeit many years ago.
BUT it could go back to £3 or even £2 - very quickly.
Quite frankly, it's anyone's' guess from here, as all of the 'traditional' City valuation metrics, are not really in play now.
