"How the shares aren't higher I don't know".......... They've risen 800% since April 10th. 4 months ! Personally, I'm VERY happy with that, even though I got in later. Possibly your expectations are too high, for a fledgling company, not yet making a profit, but with lots of potential. As I've said, it will be news driven and lumpy for a while.
I'm not de-ramping as I'm heavily invested, but the progress of the company and the SP has been just fine IMO......

of those red trades should actually be blue. The light has been seen and the weekend woes and worries seem to have been allayed. Onwards & upwards, and like most, would love to see some of the recent various trials convert into orders, especially the IM Efficiency potential. It will still be driven on news, but no harm at all will have been done with todays RNS, including the transparency around Nigeria and the previous Oz distribution agreements. Having done a bit of work in Nigeria in a previous life, I'm not surprised the distributor couldn't deliver....... it's not errmmmmm, unheard of.
Anyway, a successful day all round, GLTAH

Great find, and shows the value of solar for trucks. I had no idea that they idled for up to 11 hours at a time. That's horrific. AAgghhhh.

is moving away from the site, and although that could change, it's better than moving towards it.
"At this time, all PureGold staff and contractors are safely accounted for, out of harm's way and there is no damage to infrastructure or equipment on the mine site."
Hanging around. The link to Solaren's website showing Verdi's curved panels.

Regarding SP based on MW sales. I have been doing the same exercise and have pretty much identical figures of 26p + for 20MW of sales & 67p+ for 50MW of sales based on a 15x multiple. We can't possibly both be wrong..... Haha ;-)
As for TW, I have only seen the headline of the piece, but he's a prize dick, short of integrity, fact and scruples. If he and his cronies do hold 6% short positions, at some point, given Verditek is successful, they will have to unwind them at great cost. And then they'll burn. It actually spurs me on to buy more on any weakness induced, and the fact that the company is RNSing orders, real orders, it should also give impetus to us all who believe that VDTK will be successful to do the same. He's in pain after Friday's rise, he's panicking and he's playing dirty. Oh dear, what a shame, never mind !!

May 17 2019 (Renewables Now) - Verditek Plc (LON:VDTK) has consolidated all of its photovoltaic (PV) assets in Verditek Solar Italy srl, which enables the London-based clean technology company to start refurbishing a PV module factory in Italy.
Verditek said in a statement today that it achieved the full consolidation by taking full control of Greenflex Energy Limited, previously a 51%-owned unit, and then liquidating asset holding firm Greenflex RSM srl. The statement says that all accumulated losses incurred in Greenflex RMS have been forgiven.
Now, Verditek Solar Italy can proceed with refurbishing the Lainate manufacturing facilities and refining the formulation of the company’s lightweight PV modules, Verditek said.
According to Verditek’s website, the particular factory has a start-up capacity comprising two production lines totalling 50 MWp. It produces lightweight panels for use in projects facing challenges in the installation of conventional modules.
It looks like it already owned the factory in Lainate and just transferred the assets there from San Marino for refurb of the whole line. Interestingly, they said start-up was 50Mw.....
