This time last year “upfront” sales for 2023 were £44 million and this year the figure for 2024 is £47 million, so a modest 7% increase but importantly it is higher than 12 months ago. The same increase for FY24 would put total revenue at £70 million, which is OK, but I’m sure all or us here and the company would like that figure to be significantly higher. What can the company do (if anything) to push revenue towards £80 million?
A friend has been telling anyone that they meet how in their local Velo Lounge in Bath a single slice of toast with marmite costs £2.95 - and apparently they counted it three times and each time there was just the ONE slice of toast on the plate for which they paid £2.95!!! They assured me that they will NEVER frequent a Lounge establishment ever again.
Now while I love to see Loungers posting great turnover figures and a healthy profit I think turning away customers by charging an extortionate amount for one single lonely slice of toast is not good business, heaven knows how many people my friend has told about the £2.95 slice of toast, but to me it’s not good PR.
Solution? Make the single slice a couple of slices and Loungers will still make a load of profit from that £2.95.
I hope I'm wrong but I've seen this pattern before... SP rises in the days prior to the interim RNS announcement then the SP falls back when the RNS drops. I really do hope that we buck the trend on this occasion, maybe Q3 revenue around US$20m will do just that.

Hope we get back to 70p and then some!
I’m surprised no one has mentioned the late reported £100,000 trade.... and the lesser £17,000 trade. The 500,000 share trade looks to me like someone building a stake, maybe gambling on an acquisition or even being the potential acquirer..?
The company raised £8.5m in October 2022 and has only £3.6m remaining at 30th March, that’s quite some cash burn, almost £5m in just 6 months; it looks to me like OBD will need another cash raise this October too, or maybe sooner...
Well I’m happy that you received a reply Bots because I’m yet to receive one from my email and thanks for posting that extract.
Plain sailing on a sea of blue today, over 200k bought and just a handful sold!
I’ll say it... “leaky ship? News imminent...?”
Hey there BBB, I'm guessing that you are one the (biggest) ardent rappers whom Arborman was referring to, and his last post is very factual and could only be seen as whinging by an ostrich with their head in the sand or in your case up your ****. You must love it really because if you didn't then you could simply block Arbor's comments and never have to read his "whinging" ever again. I think you sound really bitter, probably because you missed out on selling at the ramp-tastic price of £22 . Instead of being the big class bully, why not try and post non-personal comments about the company?
and it really has become a trickle after the initial sells when the news dropped.

With a holdings RNS from Songtradr, and they will accumulate many millions more today, buying as many shares as possible below the offer price; if there is to be a counter offer it needs to come before the end of play on Friday methinks, 7am Monday at the latest...
