Hi Bandstand, neither post say much at all, one talks of BOOMs ranking in New Zealand and Australia (still ranked 3rd) and the other is just opinion about Netflix verses Podcasting. The poster can’t even get the name of the ranking company correct! When the bigger news drops which is BOOMs ranking in the USA I normally post a link to the ranking charts, should be available very soon by the way.
BOOM attracted over 500,000 new weekly listeners from Jan to Feb, advert sales revenue is increasing month on month, BOOM is a podcaster actually making a genuine profit.... I think the Ukraine situation has delayed any offer, and personally, I'd much rather see peace in Ukraine before a Bid for BOOM... the phrase 'first world problem' springs to mind!

Some folk are just so amazingly negative, makes me wonder why they are invested in 7DIG at all. I have a friend who is like this so I have stopped giving him investment ideas, one of his investments has multi-bagged and the others are either down a bit or at his purchase price, and he says to me “why didn’t you tell me to put all my £ in the share thats multi-bagged” grumble moan..... Investments take time to mature, you win some and lose others, and having a negative mindset is not helpful in my opinion. I believe 7DIG will become a good and profitable business, time will tell
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 542 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1820 pence per ordinary share.
That will steady the ship for sure
Latest charts are out...

SoundMan - people sell for all kinds of reasons, sometimes it's to 'bed and isa' a share, or like me at the end of January when i sold some to pay my tax bill. Also folk will seek to free up money to invest elsewhere; for instance we could easily see a 50% rise from here into a firm offer, which is great, but other shares might double or triple in value in the same time, so banking your profits and investing elsewhere can lead to far greater percentage increases. When you've been investing for a long time (I have no idea whether you have been or not) one has the experience to know that the most important thing is to bank our profits. I'm sure we have all experienced not selling at times like this only to see no offer come through and the share price to tumble. Obvs I hope it does the reverse here, but it that tumble does occur then those selling large quantities now will be the wise ones. IMHO £30 take out price.
Well I got that completely wrong! Maybe Stuart read my post and decided to rub my nose in it...
Anyway, a good positive RNS, let’s hope the social influencers do us proud.
Belgrano predicted this social influencer move yesterday... well done to him.
soundsplausible... not on this occasion. unless there is some serious BIG surprise news before the results are due there will not be a RNS IMHO. This is not that sort of company. Everything the management team are doing is well thought out, planned to a timescale, almost scientific... so I think it is much more likely that we will get additional good news on top of the 6 month results and not before. All IMHO wishing all holder s the best of luck, hoping my modest holding will replicate the awesome rise of BOOM over the last year or two... GLA LTH
