◘ Nomad announced in the next ten days with WHI being the most likely (current broker and O&G savvy).

◘ At the same time as Nomad announced and we resume trading we will hear an update on T-16 progress too. Nothing in the RNS will reference the court case or recent speculation etc just stating that workover rigs are still testing Eldari B and things are going to plan elsewhere on the ground.

◘ The court case will drag on and we will get an extension of the injunction if necessary until the hearing when an OOC settlement will be reached paying Hope off and him leaving the board of FRR.

◘ The BP news will come once they have done the testing and they will put an offer in for the whole of B12.

No that's my hopes, delisting is a real possibility but the worst case for us shareholders. I am confident that Zaza will not let it derisk, let's hope I know him as well as I think I do.

We need a new NOMAD without one we can't come out of temporary suspension and will be delisted. It will be in FRR's main interest now and aim to get a new NOMAD in place and when I touted the name WHI they said would be a superb fit as our current broker.

There was talk of a new exchange if delisted but costs are high and NEX and the other markets are not ideal, Let's all have faith here....

We seek a new Nomad for now and when I mentioned WHI that was a resounding yes they would be a great tie in. There was also a whiff off well we were never really suited to them much anyway and it was a case of they had no choice but to step down based on what was revealed in the documents. They were as surprised as we were!!!!

This is a transparency thing.....

One thing I will say is I ran the worst case scenario by them and they were stunned, unequivocally no the opposite was the response, ZZ acting in the interests of shareholders not to risk the licenses and B12.

Also OOC settlement was the view too. Let's all be positive and we will get a positive outcome.

I am being pretty careful with what I say based on their are clearly legal wranglings in progress etc but there was no malice from them at all. It's not hard to understand the resignation if you read all the Affidavits etc....

With Cairn and had a good chat. I'm pretty happy now and understand some of the reasoning behind the resignation.

I'd like to think that we can find a nomad like WHI as soon as we can and relist.
