Yes there was an RNS, but I think the question was about the previous time she was bankrupt, I think in 2016-2017. There are RNS for the transfers back then as well if you care to look, also Google the name on this and that transfer to find the trustees for the bankrupt. All info is out there.
More sells than buys published yesterday but price up by 10, the last time that happened, last week, it was the MM’s filling a large order from some of the Board of the company. Expect another RNS very soon. And another price rise because of it.

It is going up as 2 board members and a board member’s wife bought a lot of shares at 1.20. They are getting in before the closed period approaching the full year results and before the next ISA period opens. They obviously know more about the accounts and new contracts than Joe public so it is a very good sign. They may not stop at one big buy and other board members may also join in!
Dustbin you must understand that when you are bankrupt you do not get to choose when your assets are liquidated and for how much. I have worked out from information in the public domain that the debt is far greater than the figure you think it is. I can see this share being £3 plus in no time at all, however to get there you need investors to buy and hold. No harm in letting people, who are interested being informed, that way they may stay invested.
When 55% of the shares are held by 2 people - liquidity is not great, this leads to volatility and a larger spread. The largest holder is the Chairman the second largest is Mira Makar, who is bankrupt, again, so any day soon several hundred thousand of her shares will probably be sold to cover her debts. This potentially will not be great for the share price in the short term but will be good for liquidity in the long term.
She holds about 24% of Triad but does crazy things, unless she has appealed she still has an outstanding prison sentence and is wanted by the Police, she is bankrupt again, last time it was for millions. This is why this share has been trading at a discount.
Not broken, it is an amazing opportunity. It is all about timing, buy at the right time, before the full year results, the company has said they will be good, but also buy after the overhang of the bankrupt share holder has been sold. This stock is defiantly one to watch and may make a few millionaires.
The company does seem to be doing very well. The risk you are not seeing is the unknown size of the debt of the recently bankrupt 2nd largest shareholder, and the unknown date of her shares hitting the market.
