Looks to me like it's basically another placing in disguise. Issuing more shares to xinhai at the equivalent of 1.5 pence per share. A massive discount to the current 1.9 pence per share.

Perhaps they are still on a trading halt until another rns re dowke maybe tomorrow. It does say up to wednesday 27th.

Didn't they get 8 million for the Xinhai stake, so why now only 5 million

The last few deals they have done are all at a less initial yield than the current dividend they are paying out. Not sure exactly how this all works out but surely the dividend will drop at some point.

Could someone please explain. Ith have committed to 500 million dollar dividends for 2025. Previously paid 167 and now 133 making 300 million. Where is the other 200 million coming from and when. I may be reading something wrong.

Yes it's been going on a while and very strange, a total of £1,000 worth of trades today all showing up as buys but yet the company loses 6% of its value.

What's more exciting is I live within 3 miles of the former kellingley colliery that produced 3 million tonnes per year over 50 yr life span. Now looking for funding to dig another pond to see if the discovery extends around the front of my house. Cummon Darren stop scratting about picking up the odd bit of scrap metal and focus on what we are supposed to be looking for.

A few years ago I dug a pond in my back garden around 1.2 metres deep and found a thin band of coal . I presume, as I live in a coal mining area there would be more if I went deeper. Does this mean I have a discovery .

I'm guessing the vast majority of AAU holders want this share price to go up. I hold around 1.5 million and have done for some time. This share is mainly driven by private investors with usually small buys or sells. I rarely post but read everything. One thing for sure, all this arguing is eroding any confidence current holders have and putting off new investors who can see value here. What's happened in the past with fund raising a is hopefully behind us. I urge you all to put a stop and get behind this company. A steady stream of buys will put the share price up and make money for us all.
