Laurenti, I don't think it's a coincidence that when the share is going down you're nowhere to be seen and as soon as there is a slight uptick in the sp all of a sudden you're hear spouting your rubbish again on the bb what's your agenda?

I don't believe there will be a placing at all to raise the funds required, if so it would have been announced and most likely done by now as it should be a straightforward process so the fact that they are taking much longer to announce anything in regards to the financing would suggest that they are definitely working on other possibilities like JV or other routes of fundraising thus the delay in an announcement.

This share is definitely being manipulated and being kept low for what reason your guess is as good as mine but one thing I know it is impossible to keep it low forever. It's time is coming!

From the 17th May bus capacity is being revised and being doubled to 60 people on a double decker. Hopefully this will then start to go back to full capacity soon and the sp picks up again back to where it should be £1 plus

Is it me just thinking stupidly but if a company is going to consolidate the existing shares to reduce the number of shares in circulation and then now people are talking about another share placing then what's the whole point of the consolidation if you're just going to increase the number of shares again just doesn't make sense to me?

Currently in London double decker bus's are only allowed maximum of 30 people on board and single deckers 15 max until we have an announcement that normal passenger levels are allowed to go back to normal only then we may see a significant rise in sp as that would be a sign that things are going back to normal.

So if the share price does consolidate to 60p per share for example and in the long run if we progress as predicted this could be £7/£8 a share!

Only reason I'm a bit concerned is because I have been burnt once before in a consolidation on an a aim company ECR minerals I had around 3k worth of shares and after consolidation it was only worth £800 and never recovered!
I'm slightly less worried here as I believe rmm are in a better position but I have a much larger holding here so you a bit concerned about the whole consolidation situation.

If this is consolidated then does that mean we could say goodbye to the opportunity to 10 to 15 times mulitbagger?
