Osaka, you must really work hard at being so arrogant, I was never implying expecting immediate results but the distinct lack of follow up information has always been an issue with SAV, on many occasions we are fed little nuggets of news with absolutely no follow up information.

Why bother promoting attending Fastmarkets conference with no follow up news of what was achieved?

Come on guys... lets get promotion sorted. I agree new company name, like the new website, but really we have so much potential going a miss as far as 'Joe Bloggs' shareholder is aware. I just hope LOTS is going on behind closed doors, but it would be great if the promotion team was a bit more in your face.

Absolutely TC - Officer Dibbley says don't forget a huge factor moving forward must be us being forerunners for the tenement auctions which I am sure must be happening soon. With what we already have and what we might well get moving forward, the potential here (after so many years) is quite eye watering. The majority of share holdings have been in sticky hands for many years I can't see them selling any time soon, its only a matter of time before the sp begins to move up like it should and deserves.

100% agree, I would have expected to have moved to 8-10p range, with perhaps higher peaks as more news about offtakes etc drops. Strange, I didn't think there was too much liquidity, but I guess most buy/sells have been of modest quantities, we need institutional big buys to get things moving.

Absolutely, perfect summary. Personally I think we are front runners for extra large yorkshire pudding with some delicious gravy. We are de-risked, well prepared and ticking all the right boxes. Grants, offtake agreements and new tenements I believe will project SAV massively forward. So much work has been done in preparation for this DIA, I am quite sure news is going to come thick and fast. It is now just a case of tying up lose ends and signing paperwork. Accumulate and hold... Well, certainly SAV has drawn some attention, trading volume has greatly increased. Nice little jump in sp and I anticipate continues upward movement as so much is going on behind closed doors. I look forward to hearing when the auction is now to take place for the other sites, Portugal must now start to milk their assets. EU backing for development and demand, all looking very positive. As I said accumulate and hold.

That was a nice week, to match the weather. However, very early days with lots yet to come. SAV have been very much under the radar for always, but now they will be grabbing attention. Some very short sighted sellers that no doubt will try to beat the markets but it never really works, now we have been de-risked there is only one way forward. SAV should go from strength to strength as will be reflected in the sp. Keep accumulating and hold.

The importance of today. Not only does this decision give SAV the green light to crack on, it give the green light to so much more. It shows both the EU and Portugal are singing from the same song sheet and finally taking advantage of the local supply. More tenanments and approvals will follow and hopefully SAV will be leading the way. This really should just be the beginning, assuming Dale and crew do their job well, which I have no doubt about now. This small penny share is well worth watching.

Time is up. I am quite sure decision was made a while back and considering historically APA approve 95%, this application with the time, energy, ethos and environmental concerns taken into account must be approved. Hopefully this is just the first step in big moves forward for SAV, with more tenanments coming up for auction, they must surely be very strong contenders. Offtake agreements, poss joint ventures the potential could be enormous. Tomorrow is a big day...

I can hardly believe that after so many years we have reached the final hurdle. I am quietly confident for next week.

This process of APA approval has been dragged out for an eternity... and it would appear that they are happy for it to last until the final minute, whether that is a good sign or not is unclear, but the process was stretched to allow modification of the initial plans to remedy concerns, which we believe SAV has done, so I can only conclude they are leaving it to the very end to avoid grievance when approved and any possible last second appeals (if there are any other possible lines of appeal which I doubt).

However, assuming approved I'm not sure the sp will rocket, esp to the crazy figures quoted here, but once we have takeoff agreements / improved resource figures etc the rewards should be very handsome.

Thanks IB, all cloak and dagger stuff. I would have thought in this day and age of transparency news of 'importance' would have to be shared with at least the parties concerned if not publicly, hey ho all will be revealed very soon. I must confess I did think we would have had an update regarding things yesterday.

Am I wrong in my understanding? - that as today has passed (10 working days left 'til decision required) since we haven't heard of any referral for unfavourable DIA, approval must now be given all be it with possible 'conditions'?

We really are approaching the final here. If APA refusal or approval with conditions attached is to happen we should find out within next couple of days...
