I understand that they tapped the market and had an incredible interest which led to this full raise with significantly scaled down allocations. This is testimony of how this stock and sector is perceived by the market and investors, whereby most for example resource companies currently struggle to raise. Shore Capital had a DCF-derived Fair Value of 27p/share. If we just factor in that the company will be diluted by circa 116mio shares by way of this placing it will take the valuation down to 20p/share. 300% up from where they are now. As mentioned before we all have our views but imo accumulate now that the bad news is out and let the market digest the news and continue the recent uptrend. Enough from me who looked at this for a while and has now a significant position, alongside BIDS where I’m very much in profit.

TR1 coming through and expect a few more over the next days. Imo a great % is held by medium/long term holders which will make things really interesting when we get updates on the workovers hopefully starting later this week or next. Top up whilst we are off the radar screen usually works for me, good luck to all.

Wise words. As you say the financials are going in the right direction and with a tech stock this is not a given. I agree that 20p will not happen overnight but conversely the raise was expected by most and is now done and this is imo the time to add and wait patiently for the uptrend to continue.

Time will tell but imo with placing out of the way this will move up significantly from these levels, the sector is very much in focus with broad interest generated by the likes of BIDS. The financial are also going in the right direction and make this a very interesting proposition which could over time take easily the valuation to 20p and above. Accumulate and hold is my view, let’s sit back and see.

Highly oversubscribed placing at 4.5p does not surprise me as an investor here and another company in this sector with incredible growth. Company is well positioned to catch the opportunities in this area and the stock price turnaround has just started, with placing out of the way this will only continue to rerate from here imo.

Great comments all around. I think that slowly the market understands that they could build a significant revenue line and will be self funding after this planned work program and will get a lot of their investment back and in turn the share price should get going. Time will tell but I always made great returns on unloved stocks with transformational news and Indonesia could represent the one for ADL as we are starting from a rock bottom market cap and sentiment.

Time will tell but do think that the downside is limited here with the current market cap but the upside very interesting indeed, time to accumulate and wait patiently imo.

As also confirmed during the last conf call if one verifies the rns from a year ago and more the lockout period for the Larger shares issues have lapsed and by now the ones who wanted to sell have, this means the sellers which we had for months are exhausted; couple that with incredible drill results and no wonder this is finally re-rating. I’m nicely in profit as I added over the last few months but I’m not selling a bean as this could, time will tell, perform x10 like Solgold.

I’m holding a decent amount of shares bought just below 8 and don’t really care about short term movements as I think that guys like these would not waste their time to set up a company etc unless they thought they could make a significant return. Placing shares come to market on 11th July with imo most in safe hands as held by board members or close friends who probably can’t sell them short term to show commitment and clearly being aware of more details regarding plans behind the scenes. Pure guess but it could well be that news of an initial deal or similar will come out before the 11th hence the sudden spike on no news before placing shares land, time will tell but I have got a feeling this will be fun.

Out re further 5% stake in Zaco, Must admit that NvS is one of the smartest and experienced guys I have come across, he has told us for a while that Zambia is transformational and only a few have grasped that yet, but I suppose some were waiting for some drill results. If all comes together this has definitely the potential to x10 from here, it’s early days and time will tell.

Correct but it has raised awareness of where the price is vs last raise and broker notes which indicate 27p plus on the discovery only. I think Doc is spot on when he says that sale prices between 50-100p are unlikely but 15-25p probably achievable and that would be an impressive return with imo very limited downside. RNS will come when a classy outfit like Rothschild has finished its part, remember Schlumberger is a partners and James and co are ex super majors like the neighbors Shell, just accumulate at these low levels and wait is what I do.

Last raise was at 10p, it is highly likely IMO that figure will be the minimum and they might aim to sell at least at 20p, but in reality I’m sure the board will make a strong case that with the overall multiple TCF potential SOU is worth much more, time will tell but can see why doc argues that it’s the time to accumulate.

Won’t necessarily tell you a lot, I think the fun will start soon as we will kick off workovers any day now. Let’s sit back and let’s enjoy the RNS flow in July and August which could make things very interesting for ADL.

Should be tomorrow and we will see resolutions passed and let’s see if we get additional RNSs soon thereafter.

Added again today as I remain of the idea that Zambia has every chance to provide me with a significant return, time will tell, but NvS has various times expressed his views and he definitely knows what he is talking about and what he has in hand.
