The more I read the latest accounts and look at the main shareholders, the more I think that this could be packaged by institutional holders (Toscafund etc) for a sale of all assets and related value maximization for the shareholders. Do other long term holders have the same feeling ?

IMO after a decent rally, but we all know that the stock is mega cheap and I think it will only go up from here. Time to relax and wait for the next RNSs.

60,000 of these as I looked into it on the back of an article in the 'Shares' magazine which not only confirms the net of cash £ 80mio + position but the fact that the company is left with no debt and the higher quality aesthetic business and that the company is still in an offer period and in their view they might sell also the other assets at a valuation significantly higher than current prices. No one knows if this will be the case but even if they keep the business left the company looks interesting for other possible interaction solutions with a number of international companies as per page 5 of their latest annual account. In addition Silhouette should be launched in q2 2016 in the US which could be another catalyst. Time to sit back now and see how matters turn out.

yes, I also noticed that this has increased. Another positive IMO.

the 50dd at 163 and could easily IMO head towards the 100dd at 261. Let's just sit back and relax.

and IMO just the beginning from incredibly beaten down levels

I'm personally happy that they paid one otherwise we would have seen some people shorting or selling on the back of a negative interpretation etc. IMO this has now stabilized at these levels and will move, it's just a question of waiting for the next positive RNS of set of results.

I would be more surprised if they declare a dividend as most investors like me don't in all honesty expect one after the last RNS, but let's wait and see. In respect of the price it's already discounting the worst possible scenario IMO.

Pleased to hear that. Will be interesting to see if and what the dividend will be. Overall we know that the business is expanding and we are attracting new key clients all the time which will in turn generate revenues down the line.

Fully agree, this is massively undervalued.

why the price has sold off recently. Clearly Inflection selling was a catalyst but on the back of that I have jut seen that some commentators on share trading bulletins have clearly run a campaign to put downwards pressure and make money shorting the stock. IMO this activity is now almost at an end as they must have made a decent profit. We all know that it is very very likely that the stock will rally from this level simply as sellers had their moment of glory and any shorters left will scramble to close their positions as soon as we move up again. The company is on an aggressive client growth path which does ramp up costs but will also lead to significant future recurring revenues stream. On never knows but IMO we have clearly a product which sells and which will increase net revenues. erate

at these levels as IMO this will only go up. I'm not in any hurry.

This is just finding a base at around 130 and 180 which was around the 150 ipo level and give a further shake to the tree. Very relaxed which my holding as we will eventually test 200 and later on move to 300

with others here and think that this will go back to £3. It's just a question of sitting back and relax now that we have probably seen the end of any big seller. If I'm not wrong we are back to the lows of the original IPO price of £1.50 and therefore only few holders left will sell at a loss as they would have probably already have done so.

I'm not sure about the 5k buyer, but I purchased another 5,000 at 1.64 to add to the 7,500 purchased last week at 1.30. IMO this massive correction was mainly fuelled by Inflection selling and other investors who panicked in the process and see this rising to at least £3 as most of the selling has now taken place. Let's see what happens.
