That i changed my mind and decided to take my profits here ie 30% and wait and see what happens, good luck all.

I have seen that interim results will be out on August 26 and the stock can shoot up or down on the back of those and related comments, as usual time will tell as it's purely a guessing game.

I understand your comments and surely the strategy is to focus on opening more of the fashionable pubs etc we have within our brand and slowly dismiss the old unprofitable locations. I'm sure that management have enough data post review to support this. IMO there are a few reasons why the stock is moving up but time will tell if I'm correct: historically cheap stock were most holders have sold their stake or have decided to hold as unwilling to take losses, possible double bottom technical formation that if we break these levels could take us back to 500 (would be grateful if technical holders could comment), interesting dividend yield which does attract a certain bracket of investors, unlike but possible M&A, profitable company etc. personally I'll hope in a great technical rebound from depressed levels, let's sit back and see as I'm in no hurry.

Don't know if it will happen, but clearly a 10% drop in the pound post Vote has made RTN even more appealing to a foreign potential party. In any case the market clearly shows an appetite for Rtn shares and sees them as undervalued.

Very pleased to see a nice dividend being paid in July. Will be interesting to see if the internal review with outcome expected in July if I remember correctly will be able to give us a nice boost.

Fully agree, thereafter just sit back And wait.

Imo don't get fooled. Yes there is current volatility, but as usual when other people are fearful great opportunities arise. MOTR will continue to sell second hand cars and it might over the next few years attract more customers looking at a better priced second hand car, instead of a new one, which will make matters for MOTR even more interesting.

IMO as usual when others are fearful and that's what is happening now.

maybe I'm reading too much into it, but if you followed Monarch you will have seen that the outcome was the sale to a Private Equity firm and therefore this appointment, and related contacts in the Private Equity arena, is IMO incredibly positive for RTN and its turnaround prospects. Let sit back as usual and relax without worrying about short term volatility..

Thanks for posting this very very interesting article. Like also very much the board room shake up. All looking interesting. IMO forget the short term trade here and sit back for the medium term and see the turnaround taking place.

we have given back what we gained over the last few days, but some profit taking is actually to be expected. I'm not selling any of mine as I'm in here for the medium term and still think that we are undervalued at these levels.

Furthermore, very interesting that the 50 DMA which we crossed sits today at £ 3.5029 and the intraday low yesterday was £3.5030 ie we went down to the 50 DMA which is now a support and we have bounced back up. Looking good as I'm convinced that the momentum is still with us, but time will tell.

I'm making a gain as I purchased after the last profit warning, but leaving gain or loss aside IMO there is a greater chance for the shares to go higher from current levels, rather correct significantly. We all know that the business will have a tough year, might even cut divi ... but these news should be priced in. Regarding a takeover I have no idea if a third party bid will come, but it's a confirmation that even smart institutional investor regard this as undervalued.

after having closed the first gap is normal, but IMO we all know that takeover or not the valuation is depressed and that this is likely to resume its uptrend.
