Do i need to pay US capital gain tax to US if i trade them in UK ISA19 May 2026 19:25
Hi, it is good to see so many fellow share dealers here who mentioned Bloom Energy. I only found out that it is a US share. It can be dealt within UK ISA.
I understand that if i want to deal with US shares i will need to fill in W-8BEN form to reduce US dividend with holding tax.
I understand as it is in ISA so capital gain tax in UK is irreverent.
Can I ask for help is there such a capital gain tax to pay to US or any other complicated tax i need to deal with US if i made a profit on US shares in UK ISA please?
i think there is no reason for the rise as Mr Trump did not agree with Iran's proposal to end war and oil price is up. I am wondering what is the reason of the price up.
Whenever it ends, 4 weeks or 2 months or slightly longer, it is going to end, and new tax year is coming, i am ready and willing to add more on the way because i believe it should do well in the end.
