Issuing shares does not necessarily mean sp drop. dyor .
You people would not have missed out if you had read my link and use your judgements to see that the licence will be issued because kazakhstan govt is desperate to attract investment into the mining industry. That country is a gold mine and that is why someone stump up £40m in the company. I have 18000 kem shares and my average is 32p and will hold tight for 10 yrs. Not too late to buy in on monday though and I will be looking to top up.
Rns today confirms TRIC no longer wish to pursue Vat an refund. Watch this company sinks as loan holders dump stocks to make money for themselves .

I feel your pain as I have sold, top up elsewhere and have since recover my loss in this **** of a share. Don't hope for any rise here as I mentioned in my last post. FSA is created to stop people making money, they don't care if someone is foolish enough to lose their life savings. Look at how they force a company to issue "we know of no reason" RNS when a share price spikes. But they don't do anything when sp plummets.........Look after yourself.
I invest only £150 in this but I have a large amount of funds ready to buy in 15-20p range .
No, the VAT trial is ongoing and not decided. Why would HMRC hold shares in Tricor when it is the company trying to claim VAT refunds from the Taxman ? Also the facts that the company has halved its investments in BP, GLEN, ENRC and RIO is not good. What are they going to do with the money ?... where is the other sand sales contract and How much profits are they making on sand sales. Too many questions for the company to answer and don't be surprised if the shareprice continue to drift down in the meantime.
The game changer is a VAT win. If the company lose, the share price will be back under half a penny and bankrupt the company. imo. The company silence on this matter does not bode well and the market is seeing that as negative. DYOR
If you are a looking for dodgy companies or chancers as you call them, look closer to home if you live in the UK. Household names like HMV, GMG, SCHE,ROK,CNT and others have taking the shareholders money and done the runner. If Tricor is dodgy, they would not have relist. They could have easily filed for admin and we, the small pi's would not benefit from any future VAT win. At least, there is a hope here unlike those British companies I mentioned.
332 million warants at 0.5p is £1.67m. Assuming 26m shares issued at 0.5p is £130K. The total owed to creditors will be £1.8m and that is approximately the amount Tricor is seeking from HMRC. Given the board is full of legal experts, the company is pretty confident of winning the vat claims they have spent the money already. The Market Makers seems to know what is agreed at the CVA meeting and it's only fair the ordinary personal investors have access to same information.
The game changer here will be the VAT win . The company will then be able to pay off all creditors and cancel all the shares/warrants that were issue to them.. As I said, the creditors just want their money back and don't want to be shareholders.... all part of CVA agreement.
It's obvious the Market Makers want these shares now so that they can sell them at a much higher price later on......that is how they make their fortune.
To be honest, no one know the price the creditors were issued shares. All I know is the warrants were issued at 0.5p but there is no guarantee they will be exercised. I know that the creditors will not be allowed to dump their shares on the open market just like that until at least pending the outcomes of the vat claims.... I think that is part of the deal at the CVA meeting held early this year.
To some ignorants who are calling Tricor 'pointless' share, I will like them to know there is an on-going vat compensation claims at the Tribunal. If we win that, and there is more cos, all creditors will be paid and all shares issued and yet to be issued (warrants) will be cancelled. Remember, the creditors only reluctantly agreed to become shareholders to save the company from extinction. Secondly, the company continues to receive dividends income from its 4 investments while we await further announcements on additional supply contracts. Finally, the company target is to become an operating company through a reverse take over. Only the fools will call this company 'pointless'.
You won't hear from riddler on a day like this.. he is over at MAR ramping after buying on the spike...When will he ever learn ?
I now have an average of 35p, down from 158p, after buying yesterday. GLA .
Having said that , I wish that 5000 shares could be sold to me at 3p rather than to the Market.
I have 1845 shares at £1.60 average and would rather donate the shares to charity than selling at a loss.
A massive sell off then ... lol
