I suppose the definition of long is that we are not in panic as to whether this moves fractions of pennies down, knowing we will to decide is this the best we get before the rise. Or if it moves up have we missed the dip and should have already bought back, must be so stressful imo

We know this is massively undervalued and we believe it will rerate significantly and everything else along the journey is just noise

We don’t care amount small movements because we have our eyes on the big picture, the big prize, that’s where the real rewards are

Capita in November confirmed that it was ramping up its cost-cutting drive, with measures to further target doubling its operating margin to 6%. This was underpinned by plans to cut costs by GBP40 million per year.

I have just pointed out that Capita is already growing revenues with circa £3 billion turnover- AI will help productivity & efficiency which in turn will help on the road to doubling margins

At over £3billion turnover and margins heading above 5% then that’s the reason the share will multi bag imo

They are not experts in AI

That’s why they have partnered with Microsoft in a collaborative agreement

No, AI make’s existing systems more efficient

It doesn’t create the systems

Just makes them more productive

It’s an add on

Not a replacement

That’s why lots of companies left thinking it was easy

I said they don’t have the EXPERIENCE and SYSTEMS in place to do it successfully

Big difference

Lots of companies try to save money doing things outside their area of expertise and knowledge

It just doesn’t end well for them

AI can make process more efficient BUT it’s not the process- it’s an additional helpful factor to the existing system

TUPE staff that follow systems, processes and procedures is ok if they move them to another company that have all these in place with all the safeguards and expertise. To just take staff without these things is just a recipe for disaster imo that’s why they don’t do it. It’s just a huge problem and distraction from actual business they need to focus on. One they just don’t need or want.

Anyone can TRY to do anything if they want to in any industry. They don’t because it’s not their area of expertise and they don’t want to attempt things that they don’t really understand or want the hassle, risk and responsibility for. Safer to leave it to companies that understand the process and have the right experience imo
