For the year ended December 31, 2019, the regenerative medicine specialist posted a 12% rise in revenues to £13.03mln and narrowed its operating loss to £7.2mln from £8.69mln in the prior year.

The revenue rise was boosted by a 25% increase in sales of the company’s dCELL products in BioSurgery as well as a 5% increase in sales of its BioRinse products for orthopaedics and dentistry. The group’s joint venture, GBM-v, also saw its sales expand by 13% in the year to £2.08mln.

Post-period, Tissue Regenix said revenues in the first quarter of its current year had risen 18%, despite a cyberattack on its facility in San Antonio, Texas.

Looking ahead, the firm’s interim chairman Jonathan Glenn said in the results statement that there was “strong underlying demand” for the company’s product portfolio, and that a £14.62mln fundraising launched on May 22 will allow the group to “accelerate the planned capacity expansion” of its US manufacturing facility and capabilities.

Yes I noticed a few that have all been a success after PrimaryBid raise. For me there’s a level that the mcap will gravitate to and here it’s certainly not £26 million- I think over £100m is more justifiable so I’m holding and if there are dips I’ll be adding not selling

I see IWG did a PrimaryBid share sale too at £2.39 recently and the sp is already over £3. Good companies that attract institutions (like we did - they only got 25% of what they requested) have more sticky holders. Our mcap does not reflect recent news and revenues are rising from what I’ve seen - with the new collaboration expected to add significantly to revenues so I’m holding for a much higher sp - gla

I agree too much potential to sell at these levels

Exactly my thoughts- the mcap will be boosted by revenue updates and I think 1p to 2p range should be achievable short term

I’m looking at mcap as a measure- it was £84 m mcap before finance concerns and growing- since then we have new products, new revenue streams and today’s great news. I agree new shares will make sp choppy but I’m looking beyond that

The mcap should easily support a sp is between 1p to 2p soon enough imo

As we’ve seen before the sp reacts well (70% plus rises seen before) to good news updates. Revenues should be up and growing and RNS confirming this I think is out soon - then after release Directors have indicated they will be buying- that’s my understanding

I agree this should be able to get above £100m mcap now - in terms of timing and sp this share has rocketed numerous times on good news - I.e. 70% on last RNS about new products will add significantly to revenues- so regardless of how many hold or sell I see the next RNS as the driver back upwards- gla

Yes it did drop due to funding concerns - but before that it was £84m and been news on increased revenues from new products- so £100m plus mcap now looks reasonable

This had £84m mcap before needing finance. It’s financed now with new revenues. £100m mcap coming imo

Yes agreed - directors have also been diluted but still intend to buy significant amount - the problem has been finance not products and with new collaborations and increased revenues the sp should recover and grow imo

Just looking back over previous articles. TRX had a mcap of £82 million and growing before cash concerns dropped the sp. the recent collaboration stated it would significantly add to revenues so mcap over £100 million (and growing) not unreasonable so sp in the 1p to 2p range should be a reasonable target from here short term and then hopefully a lot higher as new products and collaborations are added. So currently for me the sp is an opportunity for those able to buy in at current prices or average down. So I’ve lowered my overall target but it’s still way above current price- if directors are adding they obviously expect some good news Rns’s to boost sp I think. Funding was main issue and that’s now sorted. I’ve averaged down to take full advantage of any rise - so let’s see what happens- still confident this is a great opportunity- gla
