SVS securities report is over 1.5 years old. It’s out of date. Sunrise have found and secured rights to additional ground, confirmed high grade quality of their pozz & perlite, submitted and been granted the mine plan, secured access to water source for site etc etc since that was published. The company is no longer a prospecting company but a mining company with legitimate ground, resources to mine, and plenty of resources in the ground for future gains. Both pozz & perlite are in increasing demand & America is in the midst of a construction boom (despite CoVid) IMO However you look at it, Sunrise seems undervalued at the current rate, unlike a certain prospecting company I could name (but won’t) which has been full of ‘potential’ for the last 10 years, and is already worth £500m without even a whiff of a mine plan!
Tottyman, IMO the sp. is not yet moving for two primary reasons, 1) Perlite & Pozz are not minerals surrounded by hype like rare metals & gems and as such are largely under the public radar atm. 2) Permits are still under application and there will be no certainty until they are confirmed. Personally, I don't see anything here to suggest that the project won't move forward into good profitability, or that there will be any significant dilution of shares by directors, as they have all taken payments in shares over the last few years, along with PC himself.
Great news these last 2 days! IMO with 2 Perlite MOUs and a commercial scale Pozz customer lined up already, plus more trials taking place for further potential customers, I don't see a takeover happening at this stage IMO that might happen in a few years or depending on NewPerl.
I've been here a few years & I understand the frustration, but of all the projects SRES has had, CS is the only one that has been progressed to this stage, and overall the progression has been rapid. I'm sure that if multiple customers are interested in our products as PC has previously stated, then he will undoubtedly be working hard to sort the best deals - as the BOD have taken fee payments in shares over recent years it would be in all their interests to be successful in this endeavour.

I get pretty tired of the pessimistic and unwarranted attacks on PC on this board. It's one thing having doubts about a share, but another to be so personal about an individual. I personally don't see anything false, misleading, slow, or arrogant about PCs actions in the way he's progressing our CS project: Good deals take time: https://www.sunriseresourcesplc.com/downloads/sunrise-resources-plc-rns-cs-project-commercial-trials-3-september-2018.pdf - If you people (Safetrader1/tottyman) can do better why don't you?
I suspect PC probably is getting on with it! ...hence that's why he's not constantly making small posts promoting false hope, when he has a much bigger task in hand of working to secure mine permits and pozz mou's/offtakes. I don't see a scenario in the near, medium, or long term, where either pozz or perlite will not be needed. To give some context Newmont suggest a 7-10 year lead for mine development (with 7 years being industry leading) This is in the context of deep pit and underground mining for gold and other metals - the fact we have a surface mineable resource which is about as pure as minerals come & test proven to be of world class quality, with large tonnage, in a country expanding its Industrial output, puts sres in a great position to progress - and given what we know, there is no reason why it should take years to get to production.
I agree ...I remember PC was asked about tonnage in one of the interviews he did (I think for proactive investors) - he said something along the lines of non-disclosure of volumes is a norm in the industrial minerals sector. I guess if permits are confirmed a yearly tonnage projection of some sort may be released in the mine plan? Just a thought. In the meantime though I have faith that PC & team know what they are doing and are aiming for the very best deal possible. Permits and plans require evidence of funding and ability to fundraise, so for me, the announcement of a placing the other day was not particularly unexpected or unreasonable.
Thanks Sam imo it could definitely help in progressing the mine plan without too much delay
Hi Mineralex - it wasn't clear in my post but I am aware that PC is planning for a surface/open pit mine operation - I was trying to make the point that the lead time is significantly less than for an underground mine operation as found in many large metal mining operations. Thanks for clarifying the point though. I appreciate your knowledge/input.
Thanks Dubliner - nice recap on the RNS yesterday. Some people would rather pay a lot more money for higher risk shares - crazy! The BoD are doing a great job progressing this project as their primary focus. I think we're still pretty much under the radar because we're not looking at Gucci metals, I think what a lot of PIs underestimate is just how long it takes to get underground mines to production. We have the knowledge and surrounding infrastructure for our pozz/perl to know that this can be progressed to production over 1-2 years rather than 7-10, and whilst to many it may seem like rather a dull prospect, I have lived long enough to know that all that glitters ain't gold, and for me this project is very exciting. Still some way to go on our journey, but nothing at all here to suggest that Patrick and his team won't be able to take this all the way to production. Happy Easter All.
I suspect the rise is on the back of the news we had last week ...which was hardly "No news" ...it was excellent news, and tbh I'm surprised this is still under the radar.
F79, I don't think you've missed an RNS ...its just been a while since I read the RNS with timeline. My bad.
Rodster - Agreed, but also the fact that TYM staff have been given warrants is IMO significant. I say that because of the recent TYM MOU with Possehl.
Looking good. Around Feb next year is the time theyre aiming for production to begin. Did you notice that most of those warrants were issued to TYM employees?
From my research it is widely accepted in much of the industry that going back to the old-skool is the future for cementitious/concrete materials. Not only do tjey jave a significantly lower carbon footprint than non-pozz cements, the Romans and Greeks used them back when the aincient monuments were built, and many.of their structures are still standing, and it relatively good shape. Pozzolans outlast modern flyash cements by many hundreds of years in many cases. It's a no contest as far as quality and long term endurance is concerned. After the recent RNS's confirming production quality and drilling for mine site designations, Patrick looks to be onto a winner here!
Also Phase 2 drilling already complete! PC & the BoD are doing a great job over there in the US. Looking forward to next news :)
Duster ...are you posting on the right bb? Your post doesn't make any real sense give what we've been told in recent RNS's.
Thanks rodster / JJ , made me chuckle thinking of safetrader being so safe he doesnt actually trade or invest! Glad to be on board here at a very exciting time for the company. I have every faith in PC and the BoD especially since they took their last remuneration in shares. They could have taken options, but they didn't, they could have taken cash from the company, but they didn't, that for me speaks volumes about their character and belief in what they're doing. They have incentive to make this work for themselves as well as us other shareholders, and I have every confidence that's what they'll do. GLA ...you too safetrader ...have faith! Icebank ...a great time to get on board, & you're welcome.
Safetrader is a serial pessimist ...I'm pretty sure I remember him on GGP chat a couple of months back annoying shareholders with his ill informed pessimism ...he appears to try and play on the inexperience of many shareholders on aim in order to profit off their fear. Talk the price of a good share down as much as possible and then buy in as cheap as possible appears to be his strategy ...Safetrader ...the clue to your strategy is in your name... you're a trader, and as evidenced by the discrepancy between your name and your postings, will try any underhand tactic you can do make a few quid ...including desperately cussing good shares that are cheap as chips already! Amongst other important information, you appear to be missing some important CURRENT FACTS: we are developing a mineplan here and have a proven, measured, and saleable resource for starters... You should do some research and keep up to date, and if you dont believe in the BoD, or the company's prospects you would be better placed wasting your negativity elsewhere.
