Another nice update today.
Not surprised that we are steadily increasing reserves. Just have to look at the drill results we have been consistently getting.
Hedge gone, exploration budget increased by 50% , great balance sheet and we are funding from our own cash flow.
In our case, money will create more and more money!
Plenty of good things ahead for this Co, and we have the right people driving it forward.
Exploration is a great way to add value, and if anyone tries to get our assets then its gonna take a lot more than it will have cost us in exploration costs.

Great post at 18:48 by RMR1969 today.
Sums up perfectly why this will go for much more than current SP and why I am holding till the very end.
All factual and indisputable, a de-rampers nightmare!
I will report a link to the videos that all serious EUA investors should be aware of.
1. Dmitry: Great information, so many areas covered including Rhodium and Palladium references.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_YMY6yiMDE
2. Dmitry: Similar to first video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_mRzxooAzg
3. Blockchain is discussed (Topical with NN)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EndQueg8YlE
Remember in the first Interview Palladium was $1800/Oz and today is over $2400/Oz.
Rhodium was $5000/Oz and today approaching $22,000/Oz.
All other metals in our basket have appreciated.
As Dmitry said back then, they will not be bringing us small deals!
This is looking very good indeed, with UBS and DLA Piper onboard I fully expect the deal will be Mega.
These organisations have deals that average in the Billions not Millions.
Forget the MM games, do your research and you will get what you really deserve.
Fortune favours the brave.

I see the placing as a great vote of confidence.
We have a Blue Chip placing that is very close to the SP on the day of the announcement and an SP that has risen magnificently (for good reason) over a short period of months. These highly favourable conditions for a placing are quite rare.
Back in 14 Nov 2019 many investors were disappointed in the company when they carried out a placing at 4p.
However, this placing turned out to be a wise decision. The rational was that it accelerated growth and brought earnings forward.
This is the type of share I want to hold for the short term but will be even more delighted to hold for the long term.
Apart from the great earnings and potential of further significant increases from Copper ramping up, I am most excited about the intentions of JLP entering into more jurisdictions as time goes on (as stated in the 6 month update).
There are no limits to the growth of JLP for a very long time to come. In fact I really wonder how big this company could become in the next decade. Multi-billions is my prediction.
Let us consider what could happen to JLP if we continue to replicate this business plan and continue to generate money from tailings worldwide and at the same time are cleaning up toxic waste, generating cash for ourselves as well as our partners.
Remember, we are turning a liability from our partners point of view into a win/win situation for absolutely everyone involved. How good is that?
The Green revolution is gathering momentum and so is JLP, just at the right time.

Out of interest where did you see this prediction regarding the best shares of 2021?
Nice RNS today.
I think we are starting to see a very strong trend on good news about KPFertil and its varying applications.
Maybe there is another nice upward trend in the SP about to become more obvious.
We await the next RNS for last quarter sales with much interest.
Hopefully when a maiden profit is finally announced we get to see an updated presentation and maybe another interview on Crux Investor. The last interview was an excellent way to find out about this exiting company.

A video I found from 4 months ago.
Metal ratios over time (Pt is very undervalued).
Very interesting technical analysis (especially from 14:33 when Platinum is discussed).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apIsHcAXlGw&t=29s
Platinum is very significant for JLP and our SP in the short term. It is exciting that the Metal basket is going to grow, with Copper being the up and coming cash Cow.

LjM says,
"People talking of £35 need professional help"
That's why we have got UBS, DLA Piper and co!
Never thought I would say Rowka was de-ramping at £3.50.
C'mon hoochy1234 you tell em.
Not sure if this clip has been posted before.
Another fund manager likes JLP for cash flow, low PE and its Green aspects, and that is after the SP gains to date.
What's not to like?
Gervais Williams, head of equities at Premier Miton, explains the extraordinary performance of his UK Smaller Companies Fund, analyses its top stocks and reveals whether he’d still buy them.

I believe you are correct and are looking at the bigger picture.
I am new to Vast. Got in at 0.13p after the large placing.
The cash flow from production should grow with time and I think the exploration potential is very good for the future extension of mine life and opportunities to process larger amounts of above industry average grade Ore.
Obviously the RNS today was not what people wanted to hear. However, it seem to me that the Bank is still interested and maybe the restructuring is so that the investment is only aligned with the Copper asset (Ring fenced). After all, again I am assuming that this is the project that they have done their due diligence on.
True, it has been concerning that there has been a history of dilution but if Cu price continues the upward trend and production goes well, we might not have to go back to the market as often as we have recently.
So for me, it is a long term hold and I will ride the volatility.

TMAC Resources closed at $1.57 CAD yesterday. A new offer for $2.20/share has landed today from Agrico Eagle. (Note: you can sell for $2.18 today).
TMAC was as low as 45c in April 2020.
On 8 May 2020 SD Gold started the bidding with an offer of $1.75/share.

Holding EUA till the end. Dmitry is fully focused on the sale. (In Dmitry I trust!).
UBS and DLA Piper are not sitting with their feet up drinking Coffee!
Keep listening to the old timers on this board, they have done their research and be very wary of those doom mongers that have recently created accounts and for some strange reason they want to save us all from "big bad Dimitry".

JLP have a quite few reasons to justify a higher PE than many companies in the Metals producing sectors.
1. Diversity of Metals adds stability (Pt, Rh, Pd, Zn, Pb, Cr, Cu, Co and not limited for the future).
2. Jurisdictions can be increased and are not limited since the business model is easily transferrable. Leon has talked about Chile, Australia and other African countries if you watch videos such as the Crux interviews.
3. This is a Green company, making money out of toxic waste and leaving their customer with a safer environment. Especially appealing to funds and Governments.
4. Related to point 2. Growth in cash producing projects is potentially huge with much shorter time spans to cash flow than mining companies. Less capex to profit.
5. Risk in JLP business model going forward is low. Contracts negotiated in such a way and no mining risk for JLP.
6. Intellectual capex of early years is behind us and that would be a substantial barrier for potential competitors.
There are many positives that are specific to JLP, never mind the general consensus on policies such as money printing and a subsequent boom in Metal pricing.
Our PE looks like it can be much higher than it is currently expected to be for 2021 and that is despite the excellent re-rating we have had in the last few months.
In two years from now with all that is going on I would not be surprised if this company has a SP measured in £'s.
How high do you think is realistic in a two year time frame?
GLA DYOR.

A: WK DFS RNS. is my guess.
The FSP will conclude with first known bid on Mon 18th Jan 2021.
I will go for sale of 132p (I am not on the list yet Ian, thanks in advance)
I worked that out a few months ago using three crude methods that all gave me frighteningly similar results.
To be honest will not be disappointed with anything over 60p but plan to hold right to the end.
Finally...…..please, please, please be correct Rowka and give us a rocket under the SP.
GLA Sharegar.
Another question that is related to Tjate.
JLP are now proven to be very efficient at extracting the best value from tailings from an increasing range of metals and are on our way to being a world class company in hopefully an increasing number of (and unlimited) jurisdictions.
My question is: How efficient are our extraction methods, if it were applied to Ore?
If this is above industry averages, then could this be very profitable if we were to set up a JV for Tjate and let our partner take the mining risk while we help them attain maximum efficiency.
Tjate has great potential in adding value when the time is right. Platinum is on the rise right now and do not forget that there is also Palladium and Rhodium as well as Ru, Ir and Os.
As a reminder of the great potential, I take this directly from JLP website:
"Targeted exploration 70 M oz PGMs over three farms
Tjate NPV of USD1.1 billion (2012)
Mining target of 2 400 000 tonnes per annum
PGM production target of 270 000 4E PGM oz per annum
Mining right executed 1 March 2017"
This is also another quote from the JLP Website:
"The Project is independently judged to contain arguably the world’s largest undeveloped defined block of platinum ore."
I believe the economics of the Tjate project would be better than most people are thinking because Palladium and Rhodium have risen significantly since 2012 when this NPV was stated, so this would compensate for lower profit due to the Platinum price.
Importantly we are cash generating and this makes so much difference in potential negotiations with regard to Tjate. No one will rush or bully JLP and therefore we are much more likely to be given fair value in any venture.
GLA DYOR.
An Interview with Dmitry in 2018. He talks about Blockchain technology and the growing importance of traceability for ethical Metal sourcing (Tesla mentioned) and unlike Bitcoin, the technology has useful applications that are backed up with physical metal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEhGT8cGj8I
Go to 4:32 for the discussion.
I think it is fair to say that Dmitry has been working on this idea for some time and the interview gives the impression that he has big plans.
Looks like 2021 (and maybe still 2020!) all will be revealed?
GLA and Seasons greetings.
Hugs and Kisses all round, even to the Bot flies (well maybe a cheeky Glasgow Kiss for them).
slatsey28,
It is Ironic that you are criticising Mac for his numerous posts which are BTW all relevant and contain great information.
You, on the other hand have not given anything remotely useful (unless it is hidden in the distant past).
So one of you two is going into the green box. No prizes for guessing who.
GLA Sharegar.
Slift,
You have the patience of a Saint for consistently correcting the usual suspects on this message board.

….and generally speaking, nothing wrong with the price action on the other metals we have.
Like most folk, I wanted a quicker resolution to the FSP, but on the other hand the longer it takes the higher the bidding can go.
Patience is a virtue.
Post suspension: 7.2p, the best strategy has been to ignore the new SP highs and hold on to the Golden (Palladium/Platinum/Rhodium/Iridium/Silver/Copper/Nickel/REE) tickets.
Let us see how it concludes before coming to any conclusions.
Do not worry about our lack of Zinc, just throw in the kitchen sink!
DYOR it goes without saying.
Chill out if you can, and have a great weekend.
Be Nautical and don't be naughty is my message to the Bot flies.

I think Mac has probably hit the nail on the head.
That is what I was thinking. It is a possible that Iain has completed his task at EUA and that the legal details of the deal have been thrashed out.
Of course this is speculation but the time frames do look favourable for that to have happened.
Looking forward to the news on DFS very soon and who knows, it could be followed very quickly with a sharp SP rise and then a further premium for the Sale.
GLA.
Possibly an other day for EUA to prepare an RNS would mean Friday?
I guess Monday would be less likely but still it could be a very good start for next week.
Either way the DFS RNS is worth the very short wait. I suppose EUA do not want to rush the conformation RNS until they analyse any comments from Rosenda.
The big difference now is that Tjate will never be a distressed JV/deal due to our strong cash flows.
The market now knows that, and although mining is not part of JLP's strategy (as I understand it) we are in the driving seat when it comes to making any deals on the Tjate asset.
