Well they do fix the price… hence why suppliers go bust! The suppliers want the contract so will produce the part for almost nothing at huge risk!

Unless the have a fixed price contract, like hedging fuel…

As someone whose career is in the aerospace industry… only a fool would sell anything related to aviation manufacturing.

From a bit of googling, apparently these trades can be up to 3 days old… so this could have been what caused the large drop a few days ago.

Shorts have to buy shares to close I thought? Could be a hedge fund selling with 100% profit, or found something better? We will have to wait and see in the morning.
