I can’t remember the figures, but the engine cost in maintenance is considerably higher compared to airframe costs… Something like 30% of each flight is the maintenance cost of running the aircraft.

I would estimate at least 15% of each flight is taken up by engine maintenance costs. Fuel cost is something like 30-40%.

Simple flying is the worst outlet available… worse than the motley fool!

RR or EasyJet? I know which one will give me the most bang for my buck!
