Without a doubt this is a good buy, I got in this morning at 239p, am holding for next month or so, but confident it will slowly increase now and its certainly worth over 300p in the short to mid term.

Will this hit 3p with all this positive news soon?

Any truth to this, the SP is gone up quite a bit today, why?

I got in on this as the news of talks looks good, but its dropped, how come? I am loosing like nearly 2p now, when can we expect an update in regard to the talks?

Well am still in this and its good to see its had another gain today. So what do guys think this is worth on the long term, over 3p?

Will certainly be keeping an eye on this. CFM is a more sure bet but BRM at the current price is an absolute bargain as it should be trading at 40p. Will be keeping a very close eye on this and at the first sign of positive news I shall be diving straight in.

So do people think this has a lot more to go up? I am in SOLG all the way but MVA I just don't get the same positive feeling about. What do others think, could this soon be over 20?

Well I got in on this earlier today and its now loosing me a little, am gonna hold in though until more update over the talks of the sale as this could be due another rally, what do others think?

I've put a small amount of cash into this, the recent merger is good news and I glad to be in now whilst its hovering around 1p, not much too loose but a whole lot to gain so well worth the punt in my book. Thanks for the tip off on SOLG boards.

Well looks worth a punt, I've just got in this morning and looks like its shooting up nicely. Thanks for those who mentioned this on the SOLG and CFM boards.

DOW is massively down, banking sector is in trouble, AL. will drop sub 650p tomorrow, mark my words.

If BoE cut the rate then bank shares will go up, but banking sector is in tatters. Hence why I've gone into mining and have good success with CFM, SOLG, PET, FTO and VAN.

AL. are in very risky territory dropping below 700p and now below 675p, next step is 650p and if this does not turn around 600p really could happen. I am staying well out of this and will only consider buying in around 600p if positive news looks to come otherwise am keeping well clear, too much bad press on AL. and the banking is in tatters.

Is it true AL. have borrowed from BoE? There share price has fallen below 700p again, looking to close in the 690 region tody, things don't look good for Al. at the moment. Will it keep dropping or can we expext it above 750p again soon?

Press/Newspapers report confirmation of standard life upping the bid to 760p as early as tomorrow. This will no doubt mean this share price will hit 760p tomorrow based on rumour alone. The fact pearl could still put in a better bid may see this share go as high as 800p before the deal is done. Certainly one to BUY NOW!

This share dropped hugely due to bad press! The press is now saying positive things and quoting figures of around 25p, expect this to go North of 20p today but then possibly drop later in the week. Certainly an excellent short term investment for a quick book. I've just bought 20,000 shares at 17p this morning and will sell them around 22p. GET IN!!

Hi The Q3 results are in and 888 are doing very well and are predicting a fabulous Q4, this could be on the closer side of 200p by XMAS!!

I was looking at this today in the morning when it was 12p and thought I'd check back later, well I forgot and look what happens. Is this expect to go up further tomorrow or drop back down a little?
