Axe you have just shown your very limited knowledge, best you go back to pretending you are a tier one operator with dads army!
When you are saying ‘ as long as it is not within 30 Days of significant news’ you are referring to a closed period, actually ‘The close period, in accounting, is the time span covering the completion of a company's finances and the subsequent release of those financials to the public. During the close period, insiders are prohibited from trading company shares or making any relevant information public before it is officially announced.’ This is also not 30 days but can be up to 2 months.
Aside from this ‘ They also cannot buy or sell if there is undisclosed inside information, such as news of a possible takeover or a major contract win or loss’
That is ANY undisclosed inside information!
So if they are awaiting results - inside information!
If they are awaiting peer review - inside information!
If they have signed an NDA with BP - inside information! (You are aware of the collaboration with JJ and Synairgen that AZ are also part of)
Any discussions taking place in the background concerning trials - inside information!
Any discussions with regulators - inside information!
So no Axe it is not about 30 days or 2 months! It is ANY inside information! ANY inside information will mean they are not allowed to buy shares!
So yes….it does appear we have found Wally….pat yourself on the back Captain Mainwaring!
