I don’t see any reason why this won’t be announced today - it may well be tied in with Gov daily briefing but today is more likely whether intraday to pave the way for gov announcement or after hours. The antibody testing is hugely important part obviously and the key to unlocking lockdown safely imho and give public reassurance.
