E-AL However- if he was selling and people attributing the large sell to him yesterday at 9.04 then he would have to issue a TR1 really before 18.30 yesterday at the very least 7am today as that particular trade is completed as we’ve seen it. He is obliged to issue the notice ASAP to the market. That didn’t happen. If he was selling a huge amount as the convenient speculation of the shorters and those wanting it to go down for a cheap entry keep bandying around then where is it? I think he needs to say something to investors either way and confirm or deny because people are using and abusing this theory. I genuinely think it’s large buys triggering this MM behaviour and with 38 million and little free float then MMS classic tree shake, panic, tree shake, panic has simply gone too far and been overdone - classically becoming a self fulfilling prophecy for panicking newbies and amateur investors.

Doug - Sang is not invested here but in AVCT with their ‘rival’ Covid test - he’s spent all day yesterday and today dissing the company and investors here. I’d give him a very wide birth. Why he is here is a matter of wonder to us all. Like I said jealous saddos and nugget munchers.

Doug - there is no bad news so why would you sell? None of us expected the overreaction but I genuinely believe this has been swiped down originally to order fill as we saw at close, then people panicked and MMS used this to drive it down - little free float so very difficult to fill eg the 250k and 143k buys yesterday. Yes there was one large sell but the two buys outweighed the sell substantially. I’ve seen this turn very quickly eg from 54 to late 70’s and then kept on going. If it’s any consolation I’m happy to hold (I’ve a large holding here probably more than most) and like many have a larger average than what we are trading at now. Once the MMs have finished it will go again. This is extremely undervalued yes it can be volatile but we have knowledge that the test is clinically good and next step commercial partners who want the results - I’d say we are in exciting territory now. News on other products will also be dropped of course we are not just a one trick Covid pony. Ignore the noise - this board has been taken over by jealous saddos and shorting nugget munchers.

I do hope that the company look at SANGs posts - libellous and totally defamatory. I have reported and suggest others do the same. Whatever happens we are going to market - either with a commercial partner, either under lucrative license deal, a buy out of the company, a buy out of the IP on a wrath of products or a takeover. But as the RNS communicates we are ready to go - whatever route we take the actual product is on the pathway to global market. Again what’s not to like here market makers? A huge milestone has been reached and we are over 30% down - the science has been successfully clinically validated in trials - this is simply not right and totally undeserving of what Paraytec have achieved - hopefully we will begin to correct soon and SP will reflect this finally. There would be no justification to go any lower. None.

You think it’s going lower - Tell that to the 250k spent at 0.60 or the 143k spent yesterday. No reason for this drop completely silly, opportunistic and overdone. Money is buying - like I said yesterday (and we did) expect to see more delayed large buys later today.

Sky - outline why you think ‘the market’ didn’t like the RNS - someone did and they combined spent nearly 400k to buy! Those shares with our tiny free float - where did they come from? Sometimes the market makers will make their own market regardless. There was nothing in the RNS not to like. Investors paying double nearly triple this weeks ago. You’d think it had all gone very wrong. It’s gone extremely well just as we all expected.

JND - this 6 month thing is a red herring in reality - we will have many many updates before then and it may indeed take less than 6 months to get product out globally if we have major global pharma with deep pockets on board. We will also quite likely get news soon on the actual commercial partner name however I do think the radio silence from BRH and Carl is indicative of some NDA but we may get update saying heads of terms signed with simply ‘global pharma co’ which is the norm prior to due diligence. I’m truly perplexed why investors would sell up so cheap - if they were going to sell why didn’t they do this way higher? Is this stop losses with MMS hunting low down to fill - I note that those saying TB was selling well we saw the large sell but we also saw the large buys too. We would have had a TR1 by now as we’ve seen trades in print so this ruse served up by derampers here can be put to bed now. Perhaps he’s now buying - theres an alternative view. But yesterday someone put their hands in their pockets and bought (look at L Stock exchange prints) 250k and 143k much higher than silly sellers are selling now. Personally I’m following the fantastic science and the big money here. We will either get these amazing products to market or be bought out (we are an investment company are we not) - either way at these prices right now any deals will be far north of here!

I question why on earth people would be scared into selling up so low. We had a fantastic update - truly but this now is all games and repositioning transference of wealth from the impatient to the patient with deeper pockets than most of us. However the MMS really are taking the absolute **** this morning. Primed for a good bounce and a deserving one at that. With so little free float enough with the games and let’s get back to some real and well deserved value here after all that Paraytec has achieved.

It may be they are going to be or have entered a NDS agreement now they have passed results as requested on to commercial partners - they will want it sewn up tight imho. The list of commercial partners includes Global Pharma so we are in good company to take this test to global production - that’s what they said in the RNS yesterday did they not ‘to take the product to the global market‘

We gave then time to sort things out and this is their offering? I’m gobsmacked that this it it - truly gobsmacked. I said at the weekend they would need to come out all singing and dancing with a superb update or don’t bother (seems they can do this and not report or update on their other arms like Gyrometric and Cloudveil and also P2F crop trial update - where are all of these then?)
