I’m merely commenting on fact that this can’t sustain and looks suspiciously like a drum up before a placing. They need SP to be over a certain level to justify any large discount being offered. Time will tell. But I won’t be buying. Buy the whole company I really don’t care.

It is crazy and yet again people rush in and buy on a spike. If you were going to buy in the time it was In the 20’s the time has long gone - you’ll be stuck high and dry at this level. Placing. Slash Down. Drift. Repeat.

This stock is powered by sentiment alone. Nothing underwriting or underpinning the sudden increased market cap - it’s all built on pillars of salt and sand and will collapse. You need strong fundamentals to get a sustained rise that will hold. The fundamentals are in my book pretty sh*tty. Hey you guys carry on buying don’t mind me.

People really pumping this now with silly predictions based on paltry agenda laden buys are the ones who are selling out. Be thankful it got this high. People new to this you need to know the history and the endless false promises - essentially nothing new has happened - all of a sudden the BOD are serving up ‘positivity’ with the same info but allowed the SP to decline with not so much as a whisper of deals but simply another strategy review promises of acquisitions (lol how they gonna buy anything) which seem to have fallen by the wayside and a list of pie in the sky ideas. They need cash and it’s only way they’ll get it as they’ve nothing to sell - what happened to half the products they were touting last year? Short memories. Recognise a placing drive if you’ve seen it in the AIM markets happen over and over again. It’s plain as day to me.

Should be getting an update on added brands list agreement very soon. This is bubbling poised for a breakout in oversold territory- a couple of largish buys and we are off.

Maid that would be insider info lol. What they know is the SP has to be propped up ready for the placing to raise some cash hence the we’re buying all of a sudden farce. They could’ve bought at any time way lower for past months WHY didn’t they - this is a pantomime prop move to the SP.

As Cave owns a huge shed load then this director buying all of a sudden is a prime for a PLACING - plain as day! He has no need to buy any. The fact they’ve chosen now and at that level and not when it was in twenties is enough of a massive clue. Has no-one learnt anything here? DB did not buy in at 1p lol 5p mate! That’s the IPO price here - they could’ve sold at 25p but didn’t. I think imo actually this is ticking away being sold slowly into now by the new half owner of DB ventures as they own a CBD range already - explains the price action in low volume environment. The point is many people bought in on the publicity of DB ventures buying originally yet what was the point as he’s never done anything towards the brand whatsoever- everyone imagined he would be the face of it yet it’s almost like he’s keeping quiet and distancing himself now. Has anyone ever seen anything he’s ever done for this? He would’ve made the perfect influencer but sadly all too late now and very disappointing but there’s a saying - shoot yourself in the foot! Had he openly backed this on ads and been the face we would be having a different conversation today.

5.12 to buy any NT for larger amounts - the spread is obscene signalling market makers require stock - no takers obviously. They look like they are about to mark this up to get volume running…

JH you need to stop trying to deramp. It’s monthly cash burn will have lessened obviously now the business is built, the App is done and earning revenues increasing month on month. You’re referring to what has been - the money was well spent and they retain reasonable cash in bank as they go on adding revenue. Perhaps you need to read some books on how to start a business and how to run one as you seem to not have a clue. This was a complicated start which they’ve successfully achieved in a very small amount of time - using figures and looking back over is not key now - we have now funnily enough started up, we are up and running with first mover advantage and earning cash.

They’ve taken months and months to get two products that already exist into smaller bottles - what an achievement lol. They’ve lost too much ground now in the CBD space. I mean there’s another rival brand advertising on TV with Claudia Winkleman ffs. DB should have got behind this from the start as face of campaign that imo was a huge mistake here. DB ventures would have made money and not be down to a fifth of the original investment- so they’re 250k on ipo is now worth 50k - whoop hardly top class return lol.

Chart looking good for a strong bounce here. No reason for the drop. Irony is if Mr market ratchets up the Ask they’ll find huge volume. Been a great opportunity to buy so low but people cottoning on to just what we have built and quite frankly it’s insane to be trading this low. Small free float remaining remember so collect whilst you can as this is ready to flip.

Well the RNS says from today however that’s odd I definitely saw them on their website on Friday in trading time - hardly rip roaring news is it. Still no updates on edibles. Why bother to communicate this to shareholders today - they weren’t bothered to tell them last week in advance or even on Friday when you could buy the minis - they mean travel sizes sigh can’t even get that right. It’s literally same product in smaller bottles so why did they take so long to get them out! Poor communication and hardly anything that’s going to prop up SP or stem the tide of the slide to under 1.00. Chart wise this is where it’s heading imo.

I may look at this again when we are well under 1.00.

THG - it’s beginning of July - the start up costs on an App were spent on getting the integral tech platform and App developed and sorted we now have leapt forward to collect multi revenue from different streams increasing with increased users and brands month on month - what is the point in posting something negatively presented spin - our revenues will OBVIOUSLY have increased together with spend down. Have you ever run a business or started a company. Geez

Looks like supply from MM has dried up now spread has jumped on the ask to 5.15 then NT for larger volumes - looks like book is about to flip and we move on up. Told you we can’t remain here forever. MM gentlemanly protecting the Bid as they needed stock - decent of them. I’m guessing if they really had swiped it they would’ve been overwhelmed by buyers which would’ve defeated the object of remaining at 5.00.
Blue day ahead it seems and well deserved considering no reason for this be trading so low. Expect the volume to start increasing now.

JB - the MODE app feedback is excellent - on various platforms running between 4-5 stars in ratings. Again posting random derogatory statements with zero to back it up. A spreadbetter wannabe wise boy - you’d make more money if you simply stopped posting fud and bought some here.
