1. you can’t simply delist a listed stock *rolls eyes*

2. Takeover/Merger more likely or RTO into Bids to create LSE listing for Irdeto

3. Keep on the market as is - yes exponential growth in a massive growth area our ii investor knows inside out

4.Hard/impossible to replace the BOD without hostile takeover offer from them - but they have a massive stake in us already and clearly believe in Bidstack - selling higher clearly would be many x the current share price down the line

Oh now that’s hilarious delisted another playbook phrase on what basis would this be delisted now honestly it’s amateur hour here! This stock has everything thrown at it and none of it sticks obviously I think one more deramping playbook phrase and we have a full house today! We are a few hours in to trading this am you couldn’t buy any volume this am forever and yesterday MM got caught short on a tiny available free float stock when RNS dropped - all they’ve done is try to balance their books from selling stock they didn’t have - if you looked at the action yesterday it was buys buys and more buys where did that stock come from exactly they’ve had to back fill like most MM on small free floats available. Profit takers hardly and nobody with any real volume minded to sell - we haven’t even begun the rerate yet! If market priced this at 53 on open and it went to 63 on last RNS then as this is now not happening and we have the funds from a significant shareholder with the prospect likely of an RTO or takeover/merger RTO as our companies are greatly aligned then a paltry profit take on that run is peanuts.

I’m here for much much more than that like 10x minimum! Like I said I do a deep dive and have just found out something VERY significant Under my hat for now! IMHO GLA DYOR

The private company spin off isn’t happening all revenue is ours, we have the backing of a significant shareholder who is likely, no very likely from what I hear to look to merge/takeover or actually use BIDS as an RTO. I called it right by buying in at 22 and have added and added. A few huffs and shakes by MM to straighten their books out isn’t going to scare me off - where’s the available free float here like unicorn sh*t. I will simply buy more on any sl*t drop not be shaken out of it. Absolutely no reason for this pullback other than greed of the market as they understand the significance of this transformative deal. Take it or leave it but quite frankly with so many endless people popping up to kick BIDS ask yourself what their agenda is indeed what’s been their agenda this entire time posting 24/7 that the company is a dog, death spiral blah, suspension blah, company fail blah every single cheap spreadbetter playbook phrase they can throw at it. Billy I posted their latest patent link just published earlier in the thread their IP is growing and growing, Yes I agree think eventual takeover is the target down the line here but all shareholders would need to agree - an offer would be many moons higher than current SP obviously - . Indeed we’ve got to agree with this proposal which I do- I think this has turned out a great deal - I like the company end of. JD was as I’ve said before ahead of the curve with this and now the IP will pay dividends. Following further discussions between the Company, its advisers and VST, and the entering into the Agreements outlined herein, it has been resolved, at this point, not to progress further with the proposed new multi-year licensing agreement between Bidstack and VST on the (non-binding, subject to contract) terms which were outlined in an announcement dated 29 September 2023.
