MM have behaved very badly today. Clearly filling background orders - have placed it into NT bid side and then stepped it down and down and released stupidly low last half hour. Problem is they will not get many takers this low nobody at this juncture would be minded to sell any! It is a top up thank your stars and hold day. The SP will build and build throughout the week! From today we should get meatier and meatier updates and a lot of SM posts too! Bring it on! IMHO DYOR

The 11 million dollars of DIP financing extended by Summit cannot be all used up obviously and as it is included in the figure of the 55 million Stalking horse winning ‘bid’ then the remainder is still ours. How much money do COPL have right here right now? The apparent restructuring is for what benefit as it’s not restructuring at all it’s simple sell off our assets in exchange for the Summit debt. I see no other exercise or plan to restructure the company which is the argument being presented into the court each time or any desire from COPL to keep company listed or existing. Anybody could get rid of the secured debt by selling off our assets quickly for the amount of debt which is far below the actual value. Anyone could do that. I suspect that others trying to sell our assets would have taken a longer path with such a complex matter not expect to be done in weeks. The timeframe was always rushed and could never have produced the outcome needed to extract maximum value from the market for them.

Surely the BP 11.4 million actually as it precedes the 11 million DIP financing extended by Summit ranks above the BP 11 million?

45 million dollars originally needed to pay off Summit. Why couldn’t company with PK’s help have organised finance for this. All of us including ii would have been able to complete an open offer (even in combination with a book build) at higher price than what they agreed with Anavio.

You simply cannot state HE1 bagged therefore this will. The HE1 story was completely different it had been forced down to ATLs sub the ATL placing price of 0.025 to 0.018 because it was last chance saloon if no shows then game over the risk was zero find & duster.
