RE: Oversold!!!7 Aug 2024 08:04
Despite all the deramping nonsense I will reiterate and remind that we have been approached by a large group DLB who would like to add e-sport brand to their portfolio of top rated brands and companies. I am sick and tired of seeing silly posters doing GUILD down. They are disingenuous and after one thing only a cheaper entry here because they can see there’s money to be made. They come back time after time saying the same old thing wasting apparently their own time on a stock they have no desire to invest in. So GILD have turned a corner they have had not only DCB approach but are talking to numerous people. DCB have numerous other high profile quality brands and partnerships so the fact they want to enter the e- sports sector for the 1st time via GUILD is telling & a reflection of the amazing things GUILD have achieved in the esports arena.
Re cash - On 1st Aug they also announced a new contract revenue partnership funds which belong in this financial half. We have other updates to come too on a variety of other projects and contracts which should further enhance the cash balance. All companies carry debt and we have many revenue streams and avenues. It is always cash heavy to build the brand and partnerships. We should now be in a position to reap those rewards and being part of a bigger company as our parent may well prove to be the best thing for monetary gains. Or we get an offer for the assets and become a cash rich listed shell or we get an offer for each share on basis of fair value of minimum £1.10 all of these scenarios will need to be voted on. There may be a 4th option in DCB could look to merge with Guild keeping the brand but form a part of a RTO where parent company DCB lists on main market. Watch this space but all roads lead to many bags from this paltry low level! So before you swallow the MM carp as they try and shake you out remember all of the above. They require stock to cover buy trades made on Monday as stated the very same thing happened at PPP then when they finished a massive bounce back!IMHO DYOR
