Shawz agree the contingency knee jerk ‘bargain’ we had to act fast scenario waved big red flags at me instantly. They have acted fast because Tanzania is looks shaky. The fact that key detail was omitted and she said the 2nd part of EWT results would determine commercial looks like this is a planned and desperate contingence play. Are we saying that minnow HE1 who has zero owned assets and zero ££ was first choice JV 50% owner of this US project? Nobody else in US in play here? It is either inexperience or incompetence by BOD to suddenly raise ££ via awful cashbox system for a great opportunity so great nobody else in competition for it lol. So it seems like a last throw of dice whilst they can muster buyers for the placing stock because the Helium may be there but as I have said numerous times if you cannot extract it for a profit or you cannot make it commercially viable as the expense to separate it exceeds profits then they have nothing. Remember the last raise was to pay for this EWT and they said post EWT funds needed so expect a dodgy CLN loan to rock up soon to dilute the share price back to it’s bare bones! What a mess! You all know it so time to be honest with yourselves too many unknowns, variables and zero surety and BOD shafting shareholders with more actual working capital needed very soon just to get by. CLN loan will dilute even further as they cannot do another placing and no income guaranteed from their 50% expensive stake if indeed they even get it across the line in October. Pubcrawl the EWT hasn’t fully completed yet the second half is the actual key risk here. Listen to the interview and what she herself says! So what if this is not indicative of commercially viability? This second set of results is what determines commercial helium able to be extracted for a profit or not. Then 12 months+ into probably 2026 until they could make a penny from it even if it is. The new acquisition has only HOT signed it will likely as per interview not be concluded until October it may not even happen. HE1 have now entered the danger zone where Tanzania may fail and the new acquisition may not actually complete. Why do you think the ii each time would only fund at heavy discounts? HE1 are using all funds they raised on EWT so they have already said they will need funds for company lights on post EWT. Loan? CLN more likely and yes not a placing but worse with endless dilution. The HE1 story was built on hope and fomo now reality setting in that everything you thought was nailed on is actually hanging by a thread. It is nearly September and the reality is more shares in issue billions more and the SP has barely moved from all the way back in February and is still 90% down from last summer’s highs. Also the new acquisition will not complete possibly until October. She says they have been looking for acquisitions for some time so they were always going to need placing to pay for it. However if this acquisition is so amazing how come a bigger fish didn’t buy it? HE1 have zero funds now all money being spent on this new project and no funds to do anything further with Tanzania so they will need a loan. Will we see CLNs or conventional loan? Everything still up in the air here and with huge amounts of risk! Buyers beware. US not going to like this one iota as we can see from the price starting to tumble again.
