It is better for GCM to own 70% of great progress than 100% of nothing. (well , POLO owns 28% of GCM but the logic is the same..)
Has anyone found the website for Dyani Corporation?
Looks like a bargin? To pay £4.66m for £3.25m cash does not look like a bargin to me.
Today’s prod. (after royalties): 4227 boed Market cap: £70m => Market cap/ boed = £16560/boed Extra prod. purchased (after royalties): 6813 boed Purch. Price: £65m => Purchase price/ boed = £9540/boed Assuming the overall resources in the ground are PROPORTIONALLY more or less the same as in their current acerage the purchase price (£9540/boed) is 42% cheaper than the value of their current production (£16560/boed). We don’t know how many new shares will be issued - that will depend on the issue price - but I will expect the share price to rise substantially after completion. The fact that around hopefully as much as 78% of the purchase price will be debt-financed will greatly contribute to keeping the number of shares as low as possible thereby maximizing the NAV/share. Incredible prospects! What a business model!. I will certainly hold my finger on the buy-button when trading starts again.
Trading therefore suspended until the end of May. They call the share issue "placing" but is it a rights issue since they are making an admission document?
Hahaha! That Celamin "update" came 1hr 59 minutes later... Not quite an anouncement of a 100% write-off but in all other ways bullish as usual!
A low grade, half depleted aggregate quarry would have been better than the fool's gold they have (left) on the balance sheet. The next "update" will probably be a 100% Celamin write-off dressed up as good news. It would be typical after all the bullish legal 6 months old hot-off-the-press "updates" from Celamin with exactly the same wording as last year, i.e NO PROGRESS there either.

Airdrie, it’s a common phenomenon to ask and then reply at the same time. Ask an American something and you will find he very often repeats the question before replying. But what is his point? I don’t know.
Well, Greatbanks Resources are the only ones who would spend real cash here. So will Greatbanks’ shareholders vote to spend ut to 2 mill CAD on entering the lithium extraction industry? We’ll find out after their EGM in April. In the meantime the authors of this proposal should be busy preparing a comprehensive costed plan on how to operate profitably with such a venture to present to this shareholders meeting for voting.
Has the post-IPO selling exercise to increase the number of shareholders ended? There seems to be a different kind of market in this stock today, more like a genuine MARKET. Or am I imagining things?
The share price normally rise above too low takeover bids. Why doesnt it happen here since the bid is too cheap? Even today's RNS however hidden the message is, has no effect. Anyone?
The question is: Will the use of this LiREC® pre-concentration technology make the process economically viable on a sufficiently big scale compared with the natural evaporation method successfully used in warmer climates like Clayton Valley in Nevada, where 1/3rd of USA’s lithium requirements are produced, or other producers in the world?
Given that DGOC was in effect only owned by 4 shareholders before this IPO and these 4 are subject to a lockup, who are actually SELLING shares now?
Does Polo have any other copper investments than the around £450,000 invested in Weatherly shares?
First it was Celamin suspended from ASX, and now Blackham. By the way, very quiet from Celamin, any news expected soon anyone?
Around 2% of the comapny's marketcap in "fees"? Where on earth do you find people agreeing to such clauses? OR: What non-diclosed "transfer fees" will management receive from Delek for "successful" sale??
Faroe Petroleum has gone up as much as Ithaca - WITHOUT any bid !! http://www.google.co.uk/finance?chdnp=1&chdd=1&chds=1&chdv=1&chvs=Logarithmic&chdeh=0&chfdeh=0&chdet=1486398600000&chddm=2555&chls=IntervalBasedLine&cmpto=LON:FPM&cmptdms=0&q=LON:IAE&ntsp=1&ei= (hope the graph link works) Pathetic price. I don't know why people sell at 119p.
Its only a couple of normal good days' price increase. Worse than the Booker stich-up.
Great news! Is it known who the owners of the remaining 51% of Gama Aviation LLC are?
