I don’t think so as they had a funding agreement formalised in jan this year for 7.5 million dollars to pay for production for 2019.....i’m Not a lth so someone can perhaps expand on this

It’s not being pumped for a placing, the sp is increasing because of world events and having a product available at the right point in time
