Andre01-Seriously,Tern will be in the pounds soon.Whilst it is an investment company,one of it's investments is in Device Authority which has patented a product called keyscaler.All the global giants are in bed with it and sooner or later there will be a bidding war to own it and secure the IOT.Very difficult to acquire a sizeable shareholding now. Sorry for O/T. Am in here and looking to add,but like others on the sidelines,will be waiting until after accounts are published.

What hype would that be? The rebuffed T/O approach,the Tencent links,the strengthened balance sheet,the end of the bond conversions (all facts by the way).

DShox is stating facts.Shares I've made money on in the past I tend to like (funny that).One of those was MYSQ and I feel that this is definitely a time to be investing here and building up a decent stake.

Fundamentals excellent,CEO forward thinking,revenue increasing,near-term profitability expected,good riddance if traders leave,wise ones are buying,new games and money platform to be launched,bond conversions over,more cash in the bank,already had T/O approach when company was weaker which was rebuffed,Tencent links,stronger balance sheet means T/O will have to be for higher price.Hope you don't have a good day.

But you've said you're expecting news greendave.Are you a licensed financial adviser? Do you not think this is a great price to get in? Surely it's wise to get in before the news assuming it's good.We all know your game here.Once the Atlas shares are worked through this should rise from here IMO.Last week,it was difficult to buy in quantity without going NT.

That's the whole point.We've had a slight retrace,but overall the price is up on a couple of weeks ago despite the bond conversions.News is expected eg.the Tencent images.Best to be in beforehand.You even state you ARE expecting them to release something,so your post makes no sense.

It is clear that Eric,after the unwanted T/O approach in January,found it necessary to strengthen the balance sheet to ward off somebody buying us on the cheap.Shareholders have gone through six months of pain,but now there is light at the end of the tunnel.We are clearly in a much stronger position with money in the a/c,bond conversions finished and Tencent news due etc etc.Eric clearly sees a much higher value if somebody wants us and I feel that Tencent or whoever will have to offer at least �100m now to get us. Tern plc were in a similar position last year and had to issue unsecured CLN's to prevent a cheap T/O.Shiteprophets said it was going down the pan and advised what's left of their subscribers to short the stock (BIG mistake).Tern announced tie-ups with global giants and the shares have since 10 bagged. I see a similar situation here and am sure shareholders will be rewarded soon.
