The RNS 17th Jan clearly states that as a result of the 8th Joint Co-operation Committee meeting held in Beijing on 20th Dec 2018 that BlockV1 was maintained as a Priority Project

Headlines :

· Block VI maintained as Priority Project in 8th Joint Cooperation Committee ("JCC") meeting;

· China Pakistan Economic Corridor ("CPEC") approve Oracle proposed expansion to 700MW;

· Consortium partnership change noted in CPEC.

The 8th JCC meeting took place on 20 December 2018 in Beijing. This is an intra-Government meeting between China and Pakistan, jointly chaired by the Vice-Chairman of China's National Development and Reform Commission and by Pakistan's Minister of Planning Development and Reform, which oversees the initiatives of CPEC. The meeting has confirmed the following:

· Oracle's project retained its status as one of the Priority Projects of the CPEC Energy initiative.

· The Company has been granted approval for the proposed increase in capacity from 660 MW to 700 MW. This approval includes the upgrade to supercritical technology.

· As part of a broader drive to indigenous power generation, the JCC reconfirmed 19 other Energy Projects promoted under CPEC, totalling 13,630MW, noting 7,240MW of which were currently under construction. The remaining 6,390MW, including Oracle's Block VI, were working towards financial close.

Given the future returns from the project,I'm sure there wont be a shortage of investors willing to fund it.

Commercial production by June should obviously mean Financial Close before then.Certain milestones to be achieved along the way ensures regular newsflow.Great to see that this is still a Priority project.Huge returns to be had here IMO.

Well,seeing as the contract RNS stated that pursuant to the MOU it was expected to be valued in the region of EUR 10m,then I think we can take that as near enough.We were not advised of any change.

dealer55-IMO people were selling because there was no Nomad (still isn't to be fair) and couldn't take the risk of suspension.However,we should get Nomad appt before Thursday.Thereafter once we start getting more & bigger contracts I believe more people will be inclined to hold for longer as the story develops.Obviously the banks have belief in IP & the co to execute more of the pipeline into contracts in the near term.

dealer55-Why would so many people exit when IP tells us there's quite a few contracts in the pipeline between $10m-$100m each that they are hoping to close in the near term? 2p is nothing to where this company is going.I personally think you're talking rubbish (no offence).We will get to double digits on contracts & revenues.

IP did say when he came on board,that there was a lot to sort out.He has certainly got to grips with things.I can see this co. going from strength to strength under his leadership.
