AVCT just announced a placing at 95p, TW was spreading rumors that this placing would be 80p.
Due to US army involved with STC, I would assume that they would put limitations on who we can sell too.
It appeared to me that the drop commenced following this contract.
If we are required to be debt free in order to spin off STC, in this scenario I see no risk to whoever taking up placing, so why should it be done at a discount, short term gains even doing at a premium.
Hope your right, LTbeliever. Also DVRG was at WEFTEC all last week, the largest waste water conference of its kind in North America. So any contracts could cause a short squeeze
I received a cold call from Turner pope few months back asking if I would be interested in any future possible placings in DVRG.
I invested in Deepverge as I think it has the technology and solutions to many issues the world is currently encountering.
We must prepare for the next pandemic by tracking wastewater in real time and miniaturize products so that it can then be installed into care homes to protect the elderly, we should recycle water from our factories, monitor our rivers so that polluter pays, we must clean rivers and oceans so that micro plastics and forever chemicals don't get into the food chain.
We should be proud of this British company which is tackling these issues, the city should be helping it flourish and stay British so that over the next decade it not only solves these problems but pays 100's of millions in taxation,
so I was disgusted to receive an email from *************, from TW a so called sheriff of AIM, TW is actually proud of what he's done, bringing this company to the brink and using it to gain more members. Don't fall for this, as a private investor without insider information, you couldn't risk shorting this from 20p down to 3p. The risk of a major contract could have totally wiped you out.
I think TW as well as the lenders offering death spiral loans are the problem, it is ok to be critical of a company and yes management must to be held to account, however, TW using his insider information has clearly orchestrated this.
In many countries these actions would be considered unpatriotic, maybe we should too
If we are to compete with the rest of the world, we need a Dragons Den type system which assists aim companies, help them to succeed rather than underhand dealings, which to an outsider appears illegal and if not, should be.
If Elon Musk had registered Spacex and Tesla on AIM then they wouldn't have succeeded. TW would have orchestrated Spacex downfall well before the 3 accidents and Tesla after the first fire.
Be careful following TW, I was in Ariana Resources from 1p up to 6p, then to my amazement TW gave a Strong Buy recommendation at 6.5p, not when it was 1p. Unsurprisingly 6.5p was the top its now 3p.
I'd be interested in hearing negative encounters with TW so that PIs are aware.
TW and some on this board are stating GB has been trying to negotiate a fund raise for the last 2 weeks, however, SP was 10p then, in between we've also had a 3 year contract with US army. I just cannot believe that he was trying to organise one for 3p as some are leading us to believe.
Are you part of this scam as well, You seem to be enjoying others misery.
I have followed this company for a few years and broke my number my number one rule, which was to invest more than 70% into one company. Not only have I invested everything but I also recommended to my family and friends, between us holding approx 1%. I now feel like I've been legally scammed,
I 100% recall GB stating few months back that loans were paid, I've tried but can't find, anyone else recall seeing this.
I still believe in technology and that company currently worth well north of £100 million,
So why is talk of doing a placing at 3p or lower, only one reason to me, cheap shares for the so called 'boys club' just before global contracts.
I also thought GB and TW hated one another, so can't get my head around TW releasing possible placing at 3p when SP was 6p. How does he know, if I was GB he would be the last person I'd want to know.
GB, please don't screw over us LTH, try to negotiate a loan at premium which you manage to achieve over a year ago.
I'm sure Silicon Valley or Bill Gates would be interested since he wants to create a Global pathogen surveillance monitoring network.
TheTrotsky, I've re-read RNS and still think the same, however, I do hope that your correct.
I did state on my chat that GB needs to clarify with shareholders regarding loan and if Riverfort selling, especially since he stated that it wasn't a death spiral loan. Down from 16p in just a couple of weeks, Unlike many, What I like about GB is that he communicates with shareholders
I totally agree Dingodog, as we are within 10 business days prior to conversion, they are selling down in order to convert at a considerably lower price. As GB insisted that this was not a death spiral loan, we need reassuring as trust in management is very important
As MicroTox PD is been exhibited this week at the WEFTEC 2022, the world's most comprehensive gathering of water quality professionals and thought leaders, featuring the sector's leading conference program and a variety of valuable networking opportunities. Does this mean that MicroTox PD is out of trial period?
So this is why its called a death spiral loan
The Company may elect not to repay the Advances that fall due (see below) and, in such circumstance, the Lenders will have the option to convert the Advance's principle and interest and any relevant outstanding fees into the Company's Ordinary Shares at a price equal to the lower of (a) 80 per cent. of the average of the two lowest VWAPs in respect of Ordinary Shares during the 10 business days immediately preceding the date of the Conversion Notice and (b) Fixed Premium Placing Price up until the Maturity Date.
Very disappointed, I recall Gerald advising that this was not a death spiral loan
Also within report
At the same time, there is a heightened realisation of the finite, shared resources of our planet and the need to manage levels of pollutants by measuring them. Microsaic's miniaturised portable mass spectrometry units have application in monitoring pollution and are being rolled out as part of the DeepVerge Modern Water mobile monitoring services. The complementary systems have the ability to monitor contaminants in the air, in soil, rivers, lakes and sea and in wastewater. All areas offer the opportunity to identify recycling processes - which all play a role in the management of the circular economy.
First day as secretary of state for environment
The newly-appointed secretary of state for environment, food and rural affairs Ranil Jayawardena has given the UK’s water companies until 21 September to present plans on how they will make “significant improvements” on their “completely unacceptable” sewage dumping practices.

I'm in same position as you Bemmacolli and appreciate your concerns, however, in my opinion DVRG in better position than it was when I originally bought in apart from SP. Its a shame that these sort of movements happen across the board within AIM. Even happens with shares TW strongly recommends, he had a strong buy on AAU a year ago at 6.5p after moving up from 1.2p. AAU now 2.85p

A late addition pushed by Senator Kyrsten Sinema and other Democrats in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado would designate $4bn to combat a mega-drought in the west, including conservation efforts in the Colorado river basin, on which nearly 40 million Americans rely for drinking water.
