Correct Jjjersey.
“November 2023 average gross lease oil production to November 13, 2023 was 1,136 bbls/d”
We know are 22 days after last update, note the above is AVERAGE for Nov 2023 and not actual production figure on 13th Nov, about the time production was due upwards.
Also last time we went to 8.5MCF we did 2700 BOPD, that was with old system, old piping and splitters, so we never found out what we can do when we open her up fully with no restrictions.
SL will be in with negotiations with JV as they are SECURED, they like what they see and hear.
Prior to JV sign off, we get monies off SL to pay off Bonds.
SL happy as they own 8% of COPL and their investment sound, JV and company happy as less influence from Bond Holders, the Bond Holders happy as they have monies back, plus some as they were UNSECURED, shareholders happy as less shares and all above will show in SP.
Only a theory.
Some are suggesting our JV was dependent on Exxon/Denbury deal going through.
If so, their pipeline is 17 miles away from ours, considering Exxon have thousands of miles of pipeline, this is a drop in the ocean.
Timelines all match.
In case any were wondering about USA reserves.

Agree duster, and the name of JV is a big one and the deal is also, hence BOD pursuing with them for so long when they full well know if they opened up a data room then we could potentially have a bidding situation.
If the reported numbers by some are true on the discovery, then the reserves could put us above Alaska into third spot of biggest reserves in the USA.
Either way, IMO JV is extremely close.
Two bites of the cherry Eazy.
We get either JV over the line or production >2000 BOPD - GOING CONCERN gets thrown out and will re-rate.
We crack 1.9p then could get interesting.

Morning all, some saying this thread disappeared - thought I would post to keep it going.
Some getting worried possibly that Discovery is in a different company and we might end up with nothing, for example it going private.
Shareholders own COPL and everything else is UNDER COPL.
No issues.
Don’t know why anyone is surprised, as soon as SP is RED, we get them coming out at the same time, funny eh lol.
From the ones who have sold out to the ones that have known for years what a rubbish investment this is but still hold and berate the company at every opportunity.
None stranger then folk.
