Looks like Frank buying back in has brought us much needed luck. SP is up 10%. Thanks Frank
Father, if you were not charged then lucky you. I also received a hand written envelope. Very professional of them!!
Wonder what happens now. Anyone got any idea where we go from here?
The fact that it has been pushed back to Q1 2019 should hopefully mean that we will have a full year results under out belt. If last 6 month results are anything to go by then we should be in rather a healthy position. This should mean that we should relist at a decent price. Anything above 0.72p I will be slightly in profit and will offload my 2 million shares before the dilution starts.
I am with ii and had a corporate action allowing me to request a share certificate. It cost £44 and I am now (as of today) in receipt of my share certificate for my millions of SEFTON RESOURCES shares. I will frame this in the hope that one day they may actually be worth millions.......

New US steel developments drive demand for anthracite.
Favourable US trade policies towards the steel industry in the US and strong “Section 232” national security action on steel imports continues to drive a renaissance in the US steel industry.
United States Steel Corporation is investing $750 million to overhaul its Gary, Indiana steel works to better serve customers in the automotive, energy, industrial, metal building components and home construction sectors.
BlueScope Steel Ltd. Is looking to increase steel making capacity by 43% at its Ohio plant representing an investment of between $500 million and $700 million including installation of a third electric arc furnace.
Nucor Corporation has recently approved a $650 million expansion of its Gallatin, Kentucky plant increasing capacity from 1.6 million to 3 million tons a year.
Atlantic Carbon Group is already seeing both increasing demand and prices from the US steel industry for its high grade anthracite and these and similar developments are expected to sustain and increase this trend.

What price have people been given per share by their nominee account holders? I did not get a price from II as I requested a certificate
Has anyone heard any more on the relisting?
Just because I haven't posted as many times as you Yorkshireman doesn't make my posts any less valid.
Enough said
So Mr Yorkshireman, is MRPlumper telling lies as well?
I said that it cost me around £44 and It cost him £42 with ii.
Hopefully we will get an RNS tomorrow. We need some good news on Meadows to push this share price back up to where it was a couple of months ago
Hi jol1, I requested my certificate yesterday and they charged me around £44!! A lot of money. Not sure if my shares are worth that much. Said it could take 10 working days to receive the certificate.
Good luck!
Maybe not. Some assets in Egypt from BP
Could SOU be looking at taking over/merging with SDX to consolidate Morocco gas?
Could SOU takeover as part of Morocco consolidation?
Not sure if there is anything to be read into this but ii have opened a window for warrants to be exercised - closing date is 23.59 tomorrow evening. I don’t know how many warrants are still out there but I have exercised all of mine today (56,000) at the price of 24p. Anyone else had this opportunity?
I'm with ii and have not received anything yet. What's the likelihood of them letting us know the purchase price at the 11th hour???
I understand relisting will happen by the end of the year. Big question is what price they will relist at. My guess is it will be around 0.7p along with a load of new shares being issued.
What does everyone think the price on relisting will be?
