Hi chinagirl, Are you still here? Cheap on both historical and forecast earnings, just waiting for the chart to break, to top up. Pip
Waiting for a bounce here too. http://www.investegate.co.uk/InvArticle.aspx?id=201766
Hi mulledwine, Watched AGK rise over the past few years, I think NBI have very good long term prospects and may follow the same path, with expanding business in the middle east oil fields ......... worth watching ,,,,,,,, A keeper for me.
Price has as been suppressed in recent months but just made a transformational acquisition in the form of Sedibelo West (5.99m oz) for $75m. http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201103231300014597D 1. Pension funds stumped up $250m a few months ago - unheard of for a junior miner. 2. Platinum and palladium imo will be THE metals in coming years ahead of possibly gold and silver because of their industrial uses as well as acting as stores of value. 3. It is majority owned by Pallinghurst, the Private Equity House that is headed up by Brian Gilbertson of BHP Billiton fame. If he isn't a good reason to invest then I don't know what is. Way off the radar at the moment, plenty of cash and results out show a ramp up in production. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=10828597 Last one http://www.fm.co.za/Article.aspx?id=138810 Pip

Hi this link is from the 4th but perhaps something to bare in mind. Among the UK companies which could be affected by the higher wheat prices is the baked snacks chain Greggs. Broker FinnCap says higher wheat prices could hurt the company’s gross margins, particularly as it ‘positions itself at the discount end of the market and is therefore more susceptible to price moves.’ http://www.sharecast.com/cgi-bin/sharecast/story.cgi?story_id=3613228

I was shopping with my sister this weekend and told her I was going to short NXT, "why?" she asked. The shop was deserted, I saw very few nxt bags on the high street which was packed, ASOS is flying and Zara will hit them with their new web site (opened a long on that one) just to much competition, so it seemed a good idea ...... Kerching!
Hi, not invested here but I noticed that today SKP has had a 52 week volume breakout and a gap up so perhaps there is soon to be "light at the end of the tunnel" for you guys :) Pip
