I wonder how many shs Geodrill should have accumulated under their shs for drill agreement with IRR. Close to top 20 or are they the ones always selling into any strength, just to get more shares when they invoice IRR for drilling work done?
Are there any rules for AIM company directors when they can or cannot buy shares in their own company? (Drilling ann. coming, T/O, corp. activity.)
I like our little sister IRR. There is a 5 Moz talk for Zaranou. I also like our mother (DGR) way too cheap, always been. There also are 2 little naughty brothers, really naughty and our mother is pregnant again (Auburn), might need a cesarean.
Had lots of sells the other day and price held firm. Today more buys and price rises significantly. I see 20p coming soon. GL
If Directors are buying, I am buying.45k @ 16cts. I'd love to see IRR becoming a gold company and sell Ghana. Concentrate on Zaranou and then Chad and use the funds wisely.
Well said Bozi. We should find out today, how much and @ what price DGR is going to raise the necessary funds. We only discussed the IRR shs on the DGR hotcopper board, because these shs were used as collateral.
Yes DGR owns shares in SOLG, IRR, Armour Energy, New Peak Mining and Austin Mining. They will also try to list Auburn and a few other companies. If you read annual report to DGR shareholders you will find the conv. Notes section where it says that those notes were secured with IRR shares. If DGR raises enough cash and repay the conv. notes, obviously they will keep their IRR shares
We had some discussions on DGR board and one possibility for recent SP weakness I see, could be:
DGR is in a trading halt for a C/R. They have to repay conv. Notes (AUD 10 Mio.) to Tribeca Funds by end of October. Those CN's were secured with IRR shares. Could it be that Tribeca will take IRR shares instead of cash? The lower the SP the more shares they get....
Tomorrow DGR should come out of T/H. Interesting times.
What is going on?
I remember when SOLG went head to head with Regulus (REG.V) in the Spotlight final shootout a few weeks ago. Ingo did a great job but came 2nd. Why do I mention REG.V? Regulus moved sideways for many weeks and a few days ago the shackles came off. Same sort of metrics but on a smaller scale, copper gold project in Peru. Covid also a problem in Peru, but once they let it go, SP just added 50%. And that is what will happen here as well. You blink twice and SP will have moved enormously.
Also to let investors know that NM needs every share from us peeps against the trio infernale. Let's Nick finish the job, don't let the cornerstone cowboys run the show. Bring on the webinar and start asking those questions.
