Dilution was always on the cards and is minimal. Dilution is at a premium to the current SP. As for 15mil will not last long, well actually thats all they need to start the first phase then a year or two down the line once they have taking diamonds out the ground and proven the potential then stage 2 finance will be easy to secure by the banks or private funds.

Not a great deal of downside considering cash is basically same as mcap

There is no oppotinuty like PRG on AIM. With just a £12mil market cap once they do move into production then it will only take 1 big stone to multibag the share price, very different to say a gold/silver miner.

Share price has slowly drifted back as investors get impatient. Crazy really considering the deadline is 2 weeks away and funding should be made official any day. But at the same time I cannot see many people wanting to buy as we are still in a time of un-certainty. Nothing is in the bag yet but to me looks like a high probabilty that it is about to be. Once Mothae and funding is secured I will go for a 10p-15p share price by December-March, main reason for this target is because production will be starting Q1 and unlike start-up gold producers, 1 diamond will mulitply the market cap...A very unique oportunity and unlike anything else on AIM.
