Doesn't this imply that there were hardly any excess applications if one is to receive a third of ones excess application? The institutional investment will, subject to approval by shareholders, consist of a £10 million placing of new equity to Spartan Fund (a Bahamas based energy specialist institution) priced at or around market on the date of signature of binding \agreements (the "Issue Price") with a 10% commission payable by the Company. The investment will also include a €15 million five year bond from the Company's cornerstone investor, Greenberry plc ("Greenberry"). The bond will carry an 8% coupon, a 10% fee and will be issued at 80% of par. The debt issue is expected to complete around mid-May 2017. The institutional investment will also have warrant coverage. If price is going to increase, why are the director 600,000,000 options only subject to the share price above 0.12p? "James Parsons and Greg Coleman each have been awarded options over 600 million new ordinary shares exercisable at 0.065 pence per share. The options vest after 3 years and expire after 5 years. In addition such options can only be exercised if the closing mid-market price of an ordinary share on the day prior to exercise exceeds 0.12 pence per ordinary share" . . DYOR .

If the price drops to at or near the offer price of 0.065p, does it not make sense to sell current holding at 0.43p and buy back later? For example: Current holding 3,000,000 @ 0.43p sold is £12,900. Guaranteed OO shares 2,000,000 cost £1,300. If the price drops to 0.1p it would be possible to buy 12,900,000 (6,450,000 @ 0.2p) extra shares. Or is it better to hold in the belief that the 2,000,000 OO shares will increase from 0.065p to 0.44p once trading commences in them? . .

After Greenberry there were 3,354,420,195 shares in issue, after warrants 3,861,670,215. plus others for a current total as above of 3,911.09 million. 2,236,280,127 Open Offer Shares to be added would increase total to over 6,000,000,000. How is it that many expect the current price to be unaffected/increase? There are also 1,425,383,127 warrants at 0.12p exercisable at any time. Would it would therefore appear that the price could possibly drop to approximately 0.2p when the OO shares are issued? . . DYOR .

These will be book-building for the US IPO, gauging interest and at what price prior to the offer going live. At the moment 132p appears indicative, but this could change depending on demand. . . DYOR .
