There is therefore no need or obligation to provide any update until after the user application and product tresting has been completed - end of September. As the readmission document will have to be as contemporaneous as possible, it won't appear until after analysis of the Goldbloc trial.

The meeting details were very welcome, as are any replies. I don't use social media (too much data mining imo) but would be happy to chat on here. For example, I'm surprised that a revolving credit facility, with a bank, based on receipt of advance client payments hasn't been implemented. The bank could complete a risk assessment of any potential client eg Bosch, issue the facility for that particular order and close it when full payment is made The same could be done for each client order without the need to dilute existing shareholders via a discounted placing. Bank charges would be factored into the quoted order price if appropriate. With margins around 50% any fees/interest for the facility would be more than covered and still leave a decent profit.

Possibly, but as AIM Chaos raised the concern I was hoping for an informal reason for the belief. The recent funding arrangement suggests that capacity can be increased to supply demand, with the potential for additional funds if required.

As I'm still only holding just under 3% perhaps it was too small to be invited to the meeting, where such direct questions could have been raised?

Having spent years developing the product range and building client confidence, I find it difficult that all this would be undone by accepting orders that could not be delivered within the contractual terms.

My confidence in the Company remains undiminished and expectations are for continued growth into profitability and beyond (dividends).

So, it would still be nice if AIM Chaos could expand on his concern - informally.

You mentioned a concern about capacity and there are a few questions that I hope you will answer:

Is each product manufactured on an individual production line, if so can they be re-tooled to produce different items?

Is production done on a single shift, or 24/7?

Would new orders be accepted unless the facilities existed to meet quantity and delivery date(s)?

Having given much thought to the "mom and pop" market who would be drawn by the "pay for a coffee" with the Goldbloc card, I believe that significantly larger deposits will be made by investors seeking a hedge against fiat currencies. These deposits would be held for the long term in the knowledge of set monthly fees and instant access via the debit card.

If the fees are on par, or better than current offerings, the debit card gives Goldbloc a significant advantage imo.

It would be interesting to see if the forthcoming admission document will be to remain on AIM or a move to the Main Market.
