Havieron will of course be under care and maintenance. Has been since November 23 while ownership transferred. SD has said that feasibility study is currently being done and ready for H2 25. I believe they are also concentrating on the two shafts required at the moment as well as FS. So yes it will be under care and maintenance until all the ducks are lined up and the timeline is in the last corporate presentation. Nothing to worry about imho and SD will update us on the quarter.

That was an interesting read. I wonder if Shaun’s decision to go for a dual listing rather than a cross listing will be a temporary move and their ultimate goal is to be purely listed on ASX in 5-10 years time once Hav is in full production. At the very least it doesn’t make sense to stay on AIM. Maybe a move to ftse? Not sure and only time will tell but a move to an exchange where the company is valued correctly can only be good. For me I will wait for the quarterly updates but this is in my bottom drawer like a time capsule to be opened in 24 months plus. GLA. Eza

Tend to agree with you. I was always thinking this could be a good long term investment but with the volatility and dilution the only money to be made is to trade HE1. This will undoubtedly rise further in the near term when ML is granted The FCF is a long way off so we are in for a bumpy ride let’s just hope that the fact this is a pure green helium play Lorna produces the goods long term and doesn’t exit stage left to Colorado Gotta be in it to win it tho.

If the mining licence is granted. Can they sell this to a major to develop and if so what would the value be? Would HE1 then look to Colorado and other North America areas to explore and get out of Tanzania and follow Minchins route to less geopolitical problematic areas. By giving up all their other exploration licences I feel they have an exit plan. Get the ML approved and sell to the highest bidder and exit stage left? Either way they will make money but the market needs more information on the feasibility of the commerciality.

Totally agree Siev I have sold all my aim shares now apart from Ggp. I only lost 1.5k here but I feel for all those who have lost considerably more. I sincerely hope all of you recoup losses from elsewhere but I am done with AIM. Swimming with the sharks and out of my depth. JW going off on a tangent with ferries should have set the alarm bells ringing for me. I hope he is held to account.

Needs to be a stonker of an RNS to get the volume back and give us confidence that they are able to get the helium out the ground without hammering PI’s further. We all know the helium is there but can Lorna do this alone as is there want or would a JV be a much more sensible route. We have already been diluted to oblivion and with another 19/29 wells to drill we need a clearly laid out timeline on how we get to full production without further dilution and a detailed cost analysis for each stage. If the discovery is as good as we all hope she should use that as leverage for debt to keep the cash coming in. Also institutional investors will be chapping on the door so sp will be kept low to get the big boys on board. Who knows what next week will bring but I sincerely hope it’s a good result for all long term holders. Retail investors may well be pushed out if this is truly a unique helium play of global significance.

Mcap ridiculously low for a company with huge unique helium discovery so a rerate is on the cards if the next few RNS are all positive.
