Please accept my apologies for the delay in the crediting of this payment to your account. We were advised that some shareholders of Abrdn Diversified Income & Growth would receive a delayed settlement due to the fact that there was trading activity between the record date for the distribution and the date the shares were suspended from trading. We provided the information requested by the registrars to release the proceeds, and have now received the cash and are in the process of reconciling and allocating this to shareholders' accounts.

As Hargreaves Lansdown holds shares for all shareholders in bulked holdings, the funds were delayed for our entire holdings rather than specifically for beneficial shareholder who placed trades within the specified dates. We do expect that this cash will be released shortly, and we will send a confirmation of the full details following the crediting of the cash.
