Thanks for all you info CSDI, It's true that my holdings are quite old fashion or even out of date but it's not easy to change them as just what you said, Tec stocks are now in favour but they have gone so high, which is very dangerous. So, I keept myself away from them. And they don't usually pay much dividends too. For a pensioner, dividend yield is important. Therefore I must choose the high yield stocks. Unfortunately, all those I bought are mostly out of favour or in decline. That's the reason why my portfolio is performing so poorly. Luckily I bought GGP by chance but I sold my first batch three or four years ago and took a small loss(what a big mistake!). The SP at the time was only 0.2p. I bought again some time last year and it has gone up more than 10 folds. My average is now 2.633p, so, only 11.5 baggers. I am still kicking myself for selling my first lot. If I kept them until now then they would be 150 baggers!!! "Good things come to those who wait". I didn't wait, so I don't deserve the rewards (crying emoji face).....
