Post Covid i.e. not yet, there may be more focus by .gov to ensure secure clinical messaging. WhatsApp was given the green light in the absence of a common tool, which everyone was using anyway. Need some real momentum, or a litigation or two, before that happens. Pennine needs to be a firm order. They wouldn't go back to WhatsApp that's for sure. Integrated patient records is a massive time saver.

The BMJ reckon 97% of clinicians use WhatsApp. That's not changing at any pace at all. Glacial progress. Better get some more vet contracts, and quickly.
