Well the funding discussions where probably started at the beginning of the year where the price shot up after takeover approach. its dripped down or manipulated down to 1.30p -1.50p for atlas to convert hence why we are here! Atlas have now converted all bonds and all are onto the market as from today see RNSs.The less the price was at conversion the more shares they receive. Who has them is anybodies guess.
