This could be months away yet, as I mentioned recently I’m in a consortium that is part of Emirates group and we have been taken over by another consortium in July for completion on sept 15th
It hasn’t been completed due to nobody at emirates to sign it off for for 4 months believe it or not! and the CAA dragging heals too
I so wanted this by xmas , but could wait a long time when it comes to lawyers and regulation!
and that’s if there is even any offers? We don’t know if there are despite what others say here.

I’m involved in a takeover nightmare which shows how long things can go on
I own my own travel agents part of a consortium owned by dnata (emirates group)
We were brought out in July (offerer made and accepted) should have been done by 2nd week sept
Still not done , it’s been 99% done since sept it seems but get this nobody in 3 months can be found to sign the deal off from Emirates
So frustrating as not allowed to sell anything until completed (not that anyone is buying travel right now thank goodness)
But it shows how long it can drag on for no reason
I’m desperate for this to finish by xmas but something tells me it may not be now , I so hope I’m wrong though
