Under a £1 and would be a disappointed now for how longs it’s taken and the fact we have been at 45p prior to any real news

Let’s all be honest , are we still as confident in a sale as we were back in the autumn ? My personal situation is started buying at approx 5p but also brought at the highs , as of the last week or so I’m now down and would dearly like some news of some sort , so I was 100% confident prior to mid jan , but only 50/50 now, something doesn’t feel right I just don’t know what , I just can’t get my head around the length of time between non binding offers and even one binding offer ? May next week after all ?

Surely an update due? At least 3 months since last non binding offers but still no sign of a binding offer?
Why? If still looking to convert to binding then please let us know , 9 months in now?

However what if it had fallen through last minute and still had the legal bill?
In my case lucky it did go through as wouldn’t have had the money to pay the bill anyway? And it did only because we reduced price at the very last minute

I sold a business once that my solicitor said would could me 3 to 4 grand and take 10 to,12 weeks
It took 26 weeks , and on xmas eve once I sold and moved on he sent me a bill for 29k ! Yes 29k
Remember solicitors and advisors will be caning this for as much as they can get sale or no sale
The longer it goes doesn’t always mean the better, but I bloody hope it does in this case

Your house wouldn’t go up that much each month? Why would a company? And if that’s the case at least one binding offer would have been made to “save money” for the company bidding and its shareholders?

Inform the lower of course back in jan , but 3 months to up an offer? And get an update? Like “we still have several non binding offers and are moving forward to binding” that’s all that is needed or “we had 5 non binding offers and now have 3 which we are progressing on “ or similar?
Just a simple update after this amount of time seems sensible and right for shareholders like us all?

Of trading left until new tax year and markets to reopen on April 6th
That will also mark nearly 3 months since update on FSP on jan 14th where we were told U.K. and Russian holidays and travel had slowed the process

What on earth takes 3 months to go from non binding offers and multiple offers to no binding offers when everyone needs what we have in the ground?
Something is not making sense and no update is hugely frustrating, in these terrible trying times just a light at the end of the tunnel would be fab however faint that light is , we all need it
